Top notch, E bike manufacture for sure! I would highly recommend my Velotric Discover 2 to any person that is looking to purchase a high-end bike that is reasonably priced. The build quality is excellent! Product support and warranty has been amazing with a small issue I had arise. They remedied the solution very quickly.

10 out of 10 in every way.
The customer service has been above and beyond helpful. The quality of the my Fold 1 Plus is way better than I could've ever hoped for. This is the perfect Ebike for me as a man over 40 and of larger stature. I'm a Velotric rider for life.

Thank you for promptly helping with my questions. Elijah in support is very helpful. I love my bike I ride it almost every day and already have nearly 1k miles on it in 2 months 🙂. Please keep spare parts in stock like rear wheels and torque sensors as these items will wear out with high mileage 🙂🙂

Velotric interactions
Velotric interactions I've had occasion to ask questions regarding product availability. Even though I don't currently own a Velotric, my questions have always been answered promptly and with clarity. Response time, professionalism, and courtesy much appreciated! My impression of this company is that they seem genuinely interested in growing their business in a very responsible way. Currently riding Lectric trike 2.0, 500 watt version, but seriously looking at Velotric Triker. Do wish it had a right hand half-twist throttle and would display actual voltage during ride. On my trike, pushing both turn signals at once provides hazard lights, which is a nice feature. These are only advantages that I can find. In all other categories Velotric looks to be a far superior trike.

ChatGPT referred me to this Discovery 3 bike and I've had good experiences thus far with my first ever bike. It arrived promptly when ordering direct from web site, I think it was three days to North Carolina. I recommend it to others. The variety of locomotion options is 12 by my count so the different things like Cadence vs. Torque and Trail versus Boos and walking mode and just riding it as a bike take a little learning but after you figure them out, they're spectacular. I may be able to ride a bike using this until I'm well into my 70s.
