If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely disgraceful company. I will never order a single thing from them again.They sent my items to the wrong address and then completely refused to help fix their own mistake. I was actually told to go and knock on the door to retrieve it myself. I explained that I live eight hours away, so that’s obviously not possible, and they still wouldn’t lift a finger to help.Customer service was useless from start to finish — dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly not interested once they had my money. The only reason I’m not completely out of pocket is because my bank stepped in and refunded me.I rarely leave reviews, but this company is an absolute shambles. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything online. Avoid at all costs. Only reason I'm leaving this review is to help people who are in the same boat. Go to your bank and get a charge back. Venom won't help but my bank got my money back

Dreadful
Dreadful, do not purchase from this company. Completely failed to deliver what I ordered and then refused even to refund me unless I jumped through all sorts of hoops and time consuming processes. Awful customer service.

Worst customer service EVER
Worst customer service EVER! No returns on rash guards no matter what! Their sizes are completely off and if you try an exchange you can’t get them to exchange it! I was a recurring customer never buying from Venum again!

Bad custumer service
I placed a large order, and they forgot to include one of the two mouthguards. After contacting them, they were rude and didn't offer a solution. So I never received my mouthguard. It's not a problem for me, just not fair that you forgot to include it with a large order. This is such a shame!

Terrible
I have about 24 back and forth emails with their completely useless and unhelpful customer service. I had to pay £9 to ship my own return back and despite it being lost by Royal Mail they refuse to cooperate or refund. My money has been locked for over a month. They are clearly not compliant with consumer laws and I will never buy from this company again.

Canadians - Don't Buy
If you live in Canada, DO NOT PURCHASE. They do not accept exchanges, and any returns are at your cost. Once you build duties into that, you've just paid more than the item is worth. Plus, I followed their return/exchange policies online and never heard back from the company. Overall, average experience to competitors.

Size charts wrong and NO RETURNS
Ordered two shirts to start. They arrived, one look out of the box and could tell they were at least 2 sizes too small. Asked for an exchange the same day they were received. Company said no returns despite the fact they were new, unworn with tags on and just delivered. Very unethical company to not take accountability for garments not as advertised and then deny exchange.

I got the contender 2.0 in lavender…
I got the contender 2.0 in lavender grey. I love it sooo much and I will be buying more Gi from here. I ordered a second Gi from another company off of Amazon and the Venmo was much more comfortable. I only wish the reviews were accessible to customers. I would’ve bought one much sooner if I seen reviews first
