I've bought at least 4 different holsters from them over the years and every single one has been great quality without breaking the bank. I'm definitely coming back as a customer because I'm really impressed with what Versacarry puts out. Really looking forward to seeing what new designs they come up with.
Placed an order based on their advertised 2-7 business day timeline. They claim they sent me a heads up about a delay but I never got anything. Something about running short on black leather and some equipment issue. Anyway, I just asked them to throw in expedited shipping once they had my order ready as a courtesy since I was willing to be patient while they sourced materials. Then some rep called me with a flat, cold tone explaining the delay and insisting they'd emailed all customers about it. I didn't get that email. After going back and forth through emails full of contradictions, they kept saying expedited shipping would cost an extra ten bucks per their website pricing. I looked and there's no mention of that anywhere on their site. I run a business too and when something's my fault, I bend over backwards to fix it for the customer. That's just good business. I'd had enough at that point and requested a refund.
Ordered on 8/2 and here we are on 8/25 with nothing yet. I've sent two messages asking for a status update and haven't gotten any replies, so I keep trying. Started thinking this might be some kind of scam operation. But then my package actually showed up! Update after receiving it: I was wrong about them! The stuff I got is top notch quality. Honestly, just go in with the mindset that you're waiting like you would've back in the catalog shopping days, like from the 70s through 90s. Give yourself 3 to 6 weeks and you'll be fine.
Grabbed a Comfort Flex Deluxe IWB holster and plain magazine pouch and I'm super satisfied. Everything arrived well constructed and exactly what I was looking for. When I opened up my order, the mag pouch wasn't there, but I emailed them about it right away. Their customer service got back to me in just minutes and had the missing pouch at my door in two days. These folks really know how to take care of their customers. I'll definitely be ordering from them again and would recommend them to anybody!
This whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I placed my order on February 4th and their website said it would go out shortly after Valentine's Day. That never happened. When I reached out on February 23rd asking what was going on, they told me it would ship after March 1st. Still nothing. Almost a month went by with zero communication. I contacted them again around March 19th and called on March 21st, only to find out the item was being redesigned and nowhere near ready. This was completely different from what their website promised. I made it clear this wasn't acceptable and asked to cancel and get my money back. They said no problem and agreed to refund me. But then they only sent back $4.50 out of the $49.99 I paid! At that point I had enough and filed a dispute through PayPal. Their response was that they'd only do a full refund if I closed the PayPal case. Since their direct process had already failed me multiple times and they kept breaking their word, I wasn't about to try dealing with them again. I've lost all trust in this company.
