Ordered a two fans from Vevor
Ordered a two fans from Vevor. The fav ns arrived but are 230V 50 hZ. USA uses 120 V 60 hZ and fans are not comparable. Looked at advertisements again and saw not notation of Hz but there was notation about return being guaranteed. Vevor refused return of product. Vevor knowingly sent inappropriate product to USA knowing it would probably be unusable. I returned to Vevor site. Vevor is still at this time advertising and selling fans without the necessary information one needs to make an informed decision. There are numerous fans on F. B. That lack technical information.I give vevor a “do not buy”

Don't buy this product. The quality of products from this OEM company is terrible, and they will use all sorts of excuses to prevent you from returning it. This is the first and last time I'll ever buy anything from this company.

Missing part, lack of resolution
Our order showed up sooner than expected, which was great news. However, upon opening the box, we found 1 entire leg missing. Making it unusable. This was immediately reported to Vevor's online "chat" help who stated it would take 48 hours to offer a resolution. Here we are 6 days later and still no resolution. We just keep getting emails asking for pictures but how the heck do you send pictures of an item that is missing?!?! As of today, the latest email states "this could take some time". It really shouldn't. It's as simple as sending the missing part. Plenty of regret going with this company.

Vevor is my go-to for tools—great quality at half the price. Everything I've bought (scaffolding, bore scope, thermal camera) is built heavy-duty and feels durable. Excellent customer service too. Highly recommend!

For the third time
For the third time, I never received the merchandise that I paid for. What in the world is going on at VEVOR? This should not have happened at all, a very simple transaction, paid in full. You guys claim it was delivered when in FACT IT WAS NOT!! And yet somehow you believe that it was delivered to me so I reiterate again that I never got my battery charger. So send another and maybe pick a different shipping method other than the USPS who can’t seem to deliver anything like they’re supposed to

Here is a Company that loves to sell...When there Shipper won't Deliver an Item and said Shipping Company (UPS) Deside Not too Deliver your ITEM ...YOU WILL NOT BE REPAID FOR THEY ITEM.. This is a very shaddy Scam ... BE VERY AWARE OF ANY PURCHASE FROM THID COMPANY!!!!
