Seller account blocked with no access to support
I was a seller on Viagogo.After a dispute with suport, my seller account was effectively blocked:-verification codes for login are not delivered;-access to held center returns "page not found"-no email or phone support is accessibleMy account was terminated and seller proceeds for orders 632937675/632274751 were set to zero, referencing "previous errors", without giving me access, explanation, or any dispute process.As a seller, I was completely denied access to my account and to any official support channel.This is not a technical issue - it is a total lack of transparency and seller protection.

Viagogo withheld USD 3,900 after successful sale
I sold valid, original tickets through Viagogo and delivered them on time.The total sale amount was approximately MXN 88,000. Viagogo only released a partial payment of USD 1,300 to my PayPal account and is withholding the remaining USD 3,900.They are applying internal “penalties” for alleged chargebacks that do not exist and have not provided any official venue-issued proof that the tickets were invalid or rejected at entry.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through customer support, I have received no response and no justification for withholding the funds.This appears to be an abusive contractual practice and wrongful withholding of seller funds.

Buying tickets for Linkin Park from viagogo
The platform offered tickets with a great discount in 3 days before the event. For the first glance it did look as a scam however in reality the service is ligit and the tickets are real - no doublbooking, tickets as the same as sold throught the main selling channels.The only thing which made me feeling nervous is the different name on my ticket. However there were no issues passing through checks and verification and attend the event.Service is recommended.

I ordered tickets for my husband
I ordered tickets for my husband, using his email address. Tickets were not to show up until day of event, and then they didn't show up. I went back into my account and was able to get them to resend the email to my husband with the ticket link, but from there it became impossible to get any further. There was supposed to be a second email with a code, which we tried over and over and it never did show up. He left for his event with a bunch of paper print outs showing our transaction and his seating, so I hope they work with him to get in. Order # 633171951

We took tickets to the Linkin Park concert. The tickets arrived ahead of time, everything was easily transferred, and there are many degrees of protection! The support team responds quickly and well! Tickets Not as Described, Last-Minute Pressure, Poor Buyer Experience
Purchased tickets through Viagogo for a Bad Bunny concert, specifically Occidental Oro seats with no extras, and planned the event accordingly. Only three days before the concert, I was informed that the seller could not provide the tickets I paid for.Instead, I was offered tickets in a different section (Occidental Alta), framed as “better” because they included a gold premium package. However, this does not match what I purchased, and value added extras do not replace the core issue: the seating category was wrong.To make matters worse, the replacement tickets provided are not even seated together, which is completely unacceptable for tickets purchased as a pair. This alone means the tickets are not “as described.”What was most disappointing is how cornered I felt by the timing and messaging. Being told so close to the event that my only real options were to accept incorrect tickets or hope that a replacement might become available felt highly unprofessional. As a buyer, I expected Viagogo’s Buyer Guarantee to protect me from exactly this situation, not push the seller’s mistake onto me.I still want to attend the concert, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the platform. Clear listings, accurate fulfillment, and timely communication should be the bare minimum.Based on this experience, I would advise others to be very cautious when purchasing high value or time sensitive tickets through Viagogo.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I received a double charge of $1000 and after sending bank statements and writing on multiple occasions they refused to refund my money. I will never use it again nor do I recommend it.

Viagogo support was helpfHelpful Support, but Ticket Delivery Felt Like a Scamul
Viagogo support was helpful, but the overall experience of buying tickets for the BLACKPINK concert and then receiving them through the AnyPASS app felt almost like a scam. I got an email from an unknown person saying they were the ticket seller and asking me to add them on WhatsApp. They also said it wasn’t possible to transfer the tickets to each individual concert attendee, so I had to log into the seller’s account on my phone, etc. Until the very last moment it felt like a scam. Viagogo should ensure that buyers can receive their tickets without extra steps and unnecessary stress.
