Worst company with worst services
Worst company with worst services. They are talking like they run a mob of gangsters. I purchased 2 plans with them, they failed the verification, and when I asked for a refund, they laughed and told me that they would not refund it. It was some name, "Joe"I don't know what to do now. They are laughing and making fun of me. I called their number, which is +18888250800, and pressed 4 for billing. Seriously, it is disgusting because I have paid $47.15 for it, and what is get is people laughing at me and keeping my money.

My experience with VirtualPBX has been wonderful!
My experience with VirtualPBX has been great. Everyone I have had contact with has been extremely supportive and helpful. Most of my contact has been with Taylor and I have to give him a shout out because he went through everything I had questions about thoroughly and followed up to make sure everything was working the way I needed it to work. Great service and support, a great team.

VirtualPBX is amazing for everyone
The folks at VirtualPBX have been nothing but amazing to work with! Their tech support is amazing and very responsible. Linda in billing, Abigail in account services, Rory in account services, and everyone has been nothing but helpful. The prices are affordable (under $100 to do what Verizon was charging with a lot more features)… everyone should have a virtualPBX. SCAM - Of all the phone services this one wants photo ID.
Was not told when signing up that I would need to validate my identity, and despite their taking my CC info and payment, I have no account access without first proving my identify. This isn't a bank or securities firm, so WTH? Customer service ignored my payment refund requests and have gone silent on chat.Catch-22 You cannot cancel an account and recurring payments without first performing identity verification.
