I'm really struggling here. Getting someone from customer service is a nightmare and the whole system feels unnecessarily complicated. Hold times are forever and when you do get through, responses lag significantly. Nothing seems to actually get fixed.
I'm really happy with my current setups! I run both their traditional vConsole package and one of their newer Dash packages and both work wonderfully. Their support has consistently been top notch. The expanded support window from 7am to 7pm every single day is a huge help when I want to ask questions on my own schedule.
I'm totally satisfied with both my systems. Running the older vConsole plan alongside their new Dash option and they're both performing flawlessly. The support team consistently delivers excellent service.
