I contacted them on the 30th of Jan to…
I contacted them on the 30th of Jan to refund the credit on my account to my bank account, and yet still waiting. Anytime I call all I get is “ this matter has been escalated further “ but how further and longer am I meant to wait? It’s almost like no one knows what the problem is.Bare in mind I have already received an email to confirm my refund will appear in my bank within 3-5 working days, it’s been two weeks since then!

Our personalised mugs.
I recently ordered 4 mugs with my own design on them. We are so so pleased with them, they are of good quality, there was a great selection of colours to choose from, plus they arrived in good condition and a week earlier than expected, and that was all the way to Spain ! Well done Vistaprint. 😁👍

Extremely poor quality
The business cards I ordered were extremely poor quality. While I am satisfied with the appearance (layout, logo, spacing etc); the quality of card stock they are printed on wasn't worth the order. The cards scuff and peel at the edges from simply removing them from the original packing box. I have a dark blue background for my business card, and it just flakes off at the edges when you pick a card up.

VERY UPSETTING!
A lot of time and effort goes into putting photobooks together. I spent hours on my book, 100 odd pages and it's all gone. This isn't the first time this has happened. I am so upset and annoyed & don't quite understand why Vistaprint as a photo company, wouldn't have the relevant backup needed allowing customers to lose their projects. I have logged back on continuously (following previous advice that after 3 months photos are removed) and this has made zero difference. I am now trying to build up my patience levels again to redo my photobook. I will be looking at completing it elsewhere!

The customer service is brilliant, they sorted out a mistake that I made when ordering so quickly and efficiently. I would order with them again and would recommend highly. Shout out up Ella at customer services who sorted things out for me !!
