Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever! First, they lost my order, then they replaced it with a next-day one, assuring me it was going to work. The color originally chosen wasn't working with the expedited order, so they stopped it, without even telling me. I had communicated how important it was to have this order by a certain date but they did nothing to make it happen. A complete disaster, and all they can do is apologize ... and tell you how they understand your frustration ... the truth is they just don't care.

Hello hope you are doing well! Sometime they make mistakes but that's ok because they are human. If they do make a mistake or get it wrong, they do try to correct it and make things good. I love that about them ❤️ . It has changed a little bit but that's ok too. I been a Vistaprint member forever. Great customer service and design support! Always my go-to for printing!
I made my order last night and then today noticed a typo. I jumped back into the site and Benz helped me get the typo fixed and even added a QR code. He was great!!!! And when I did the order initially, the design rep also helped make updates to make it fit better. You guys are great!! Thanks!
