Beware of Volcom
Beware of Volcom. They offered me a special deal to buy two wallets for $50. When I received the package, only one was correct; the other was incorrect. I emailed them and received a non-human response. After 15 days, a person finally contacted me saying they would send the correct one. Then, about 10 days later, I received a different wallet for the second time. I've been waiting a month for the correct wallet and still nothing. The staff seems to be playing games with customers when they make mistakes. They need to be more professional because once they get paid, they don't care what they sent you.

Aweful customer service and experience…
Aweful customer service and experience with one of my favourite brands. Bought snowboard trouser with a defect with the pocket and a wouldnt allow me to return them and get a refund. Rear pockets were sewn down and ripped a hole in them on the first day riding in the snow

Never again Volcom!
Never again! Do not buy direct. Foolishly i checked trustpilot score post delivery - WOW, the reviews are real. Shambolic returns process. 5 DHL drop shops later i had to goto airport for return. TBC if i get refund. Multiple emails to Volcom before someone replies.

Poor quality
I’ve bought a skiing pant and jacket from volcom last year.Both the jacket and the pants are water nor wind proof, i emailed them about it and they said it was too late to return them…After using them 1 day in the snow the fabric was already starting to wear out due to poor quality.Again i emailed volcom customer service about this, but they started to ignore me.Still i havent received any reply or refund….

Bought a Volcom iconic hoodie a year…
Bought a Volcom iconic hoodie a year ago and it has completely just fallen apart. I only wore it snowboarding and customer service said that they would do something if it was purchased online. I’m like it was purchased online they were like yeah there’s nothing we can do about it sorry so wanted to get on here and make sure everyone knows that Volcom is a terrible company to buy from.

Over all a good site and brand
I have been buying from Volcom in several years. Have not had any issues with shipment or quality of clothes. Had an issue with the return form not working, Volcom helped and was super friendly. My GPT winter jacket is awsome and last very well. I have no clue how many tshirts and hoodies i have bought through the years, but if i say 50 i don’t think i am much off.I think the only thing super annoying is that the homepage does not show if the clothes is cotton or polyester… you kinda have to guess. Just put it in the specs Volcom ;)

Bad quality and rude customer service
Bad quality and rude customer service We bought a jacket and pants for skiing and on the first day it was already falling apart. The customer service there the worst , the don’t respond or the tell you that the can’t help.Never buy volcom.
