Really sad about my experience with a brand I've always liked. Got snowboarding pants that had a defect in the pocket. They refused to let me return them for a refund. The rear pockets tore open on my first day riding in the snow. Awful customer service.

Bought ski gear from them last year and it's been nothing but problems. The jacket and pants aren't actually waterproof or windproof like they should be. I emailed them about it and they basically said too bad, can't return it now. After wearing them once in the snow the material started degrading immediately. Emailed them again about the poor quality and they just stopped responding completely. Still haven't gotten a refund or any real answer.

Really disappointed with both the product quality and how I was treated. We grabbed a jacket and pants for skiing and they started falling apart on the very first day we used them. Their customer service is even worse - they either don't respond or just tell you they can't do anything about it. Definitely stay away from this brand.

I've spent a lot of money on their clothes over the years. What's going on with this brand? The fabric quality has really gone downhill. Check out their site - it feels cheap now. Are they targeting kids or something? Look at those models. The work gear especially isn't designed for actual working people anymore. It used to be durable and practical. Now it's just not built to last and it's not what working folks need. At these prices I'm definitely done shopping with them.

Bought a shirt in the summer, returned it the next month. Got an email in September saying there was a delay processing my return. Never heard from them again. Fast forward almost a year and I finally reached out asking where my refund is. They told me they never got my returned item and that the purchase was too old for a refund anyway. A company that basically just keeps your money. Never buying from them again.

Never got one of the items from my order. When I reached out to support, they told me it was out of stock. Then I had to keep bugging them to actually process my refund.

Don't waste your money on these jeans. I bought two pairs and both fell apart way too quickly. One ripped at the back pocket after just four months of wearing. The other pair started tearing at the seams after nine months. The stitching just doesn't hold up. Save yourself the disappointment.

Love this brand and have been shopping with them since 2015. Never had any problems. They're a solid company with quality stuff.

Mailed back my return over two months ago. Still waiting on a refund and they won't even respond to my emails. It's frustrating because I'm out fifty pounds and have nothing to show for it. I really wish I'd just kept the stuff. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Do not shop here.

This company has both awesome products and fantastic customer service. When I've called with questions or issues, they've been super helpful and patient. Especially appreciated their support as I prep for my first snowboarding adventure. If they keep this level of service up, they'll have me as a loyal customer forever.

This place is a mess and I can't recommend them. The company seems totally broken down right now. Ordered around Black Friday and it's been nearly four weeks with absolutely nothing. Called them a bunch of times, emailed repeatedly, and after getting the BBB involved they finally sent me a generic response that didn't help at all. Starting to wonder if they're actually going to send anything or if this is some kind of scam. They clearly don't care about getting orders out to customers. Something has seriously gone wrong with this company and I'm not interested in supporting them anymore.

Honestly this deserves zero stars if that were possible. Placed my order six weeks before Christmas with plenty of time. A week before the holiday and it still shows as unfulfilled. I've called customer service over a dozen times, tried headquarters in California multiple times, sent countless emails, and even messaged through social media. Someone on social media said they'd help but then ghosted me. This was an eight hundred dollar order and it's the worst company experience I've ever had.
