Best Shoes for Foot and Heel pain
I purchased a pair of womens mules with arch support. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis and have had back and neck surgery. Walking for any length of time is very hard to do. I bought these without expecting much, as with any shoes I have bought. I was extremely surprised when I stepped into these. Oh my gosh, these started molding to my foot right away. The wide toe box gives me more room than any shoe I have & the fit is perfect. I am 77 years old and have never had shoes that didn't bother my toes. After walking in tennis shoes today doing errands I wanted to cry,but,I came home &slipped into these shoes ,and within minutes my pain was gone. I am going to buy another pair and would highly recommend this shoe to anyone with foot and heel pain. The price,the fit,the comfort, all exceeded my expectations. Thank you Walk Hero for making such a wonderful product.I rarely write reviews but felt this shoe deserved it. I had a few questions and customer service was excellent.

This would been my 2nd order from them, BUT.....
This would been my 2nd order from them. Ordered shoes and expected them to arrive as advertised. Checked online and it says it would be received in just under a month. That's not US Shipping and most receive in 5-7 daysThey had chances to at least reach out to customer.They could have to offered a different color.They could have offered a different size.They could offered a different style.They could fill the customer in, at least let customer know about issue and ASK! if customer is OK with delay.At that point, all those options would been great if only they, WalkHero, would have put the customer first, save the sale, and get a good review. They went the other, by sliding things under the rug, upset a customer, lose a sale, and get a real review earned. ⭐️- - - -

Waste of money
The website says free returns - so I ordered and the shoes came extra large and I asked to return for correct size and received an email explaining the shoes were not returnable? Waste of money!

WalkHero stood behind their guarantee
Update#2WalkHero refunded the entirety of my order. This was a very pleasant surprise because one pair of shoes was a final sale and not eligible for return. When I asked for a return shipping label they explained that I should keep the shoes and donate them to someone needy.Update#1: I received my products in a damaged box, 10 days after ordering, that was after I complained and they supposedly pushed the shipper.The description of the shoes I ordered specifically stated, "Enjoy the freedom of a wide forefoot area designed to accommodate conditions like bunions and hammertoes." but they were too tightOriginal review:One pair of shoes was in New Jersey, without moving for 4 days. The other item hadn't left China after 4 days. Had I known products were coming from China, I would not have ordered.

Love these shoes
Love these shoes, I have had to purchase very expensive shoes for my foot pain, decided to look into something more affordable. These shoes are better than most I’ve paid much more for. Bought the slip-ons first, then a pair of tennis shoes, and just ordered the insoles.

Women's Supportive Pain Relief Slip-Ons got good reviews on the website. I purchased them to relieve Morton's Neuroma while walking around the hardwood floors in my apartment. They work! So comfortable and a great price. These are the most reasonable prices for high quality comfort shoes. Easy to use the website. I will definitely purchase from them again.
