Tiles delivered did not match sample order
We orderd a sample of the tile with a blue star that is mean to have a distressed look. The sample looked distressed, but in a way we like. After having the tiles delivered and installed into the kitchen it became evident that the tiles did not looks a little vintage with distressed markings, but instead had large puddles of yellowish stains all over the tile as if someone had spilt their tea all over the floor and not cleaned it up. Very disappointed with this, but it was too late after it had already been installed. The yellow stains were not easily seen until it had been laid out. Now our floor will always look as if we haven't cleaned it. Such a shame. They should indicate this tile not as vintage distressed, but as permanently stained and dirty look. Otherwise the shipping and delivery was great, and the product looked quality, other than the dirty and stained look that was different to the sample.

Pallet arrived late due to courtiers, which Walls and Floors were onto it straight away.Thank you Lucy and staff.Goods arrived well packed, very happy with the service.Excellent copper effect tiles 👍🏆Would use again.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Ordered Saturday afternoon and arrived Sunday morning and put up by the afternoon - ordered and job done within 24 hours! Plenty of delivery notifications. Delivery people friendly. Great quality product and looks fantastic- modern and expensive. Cannot fault and would highly recommend this company. Thank you!
