That's outrageous when the post office charges just over 12 dollars for the same package weight. The company claims it needs to be palletized because it's over 15kg, which seems like a scam to me. These are just 100 six inch tiles. It feels like their shipping fees are just another sneaky way to inflate the final price. And then there's their newsletter promotion promising 10 pounds off, except they bury the fine print that says you need to spend at least 300 pounds. Why can't they be upfront about that? My partner really wanted the tiles so we went ahead, but I would've walked away from this deal in a heartbeat. Feels like classic overpriced tactics.
