Unbelievable

Amazing! I reviewed a product from the Wall-mart Salon Link on April 22, 2025, and just received a response February 6, 2026, telling me that they wanted me to be happy. Please see their reply below. Drivers are so clueless!!!

I have never, ever seen such a messed up store with their delivery drivers!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's not even a word to describe it! I wished I could leave no stars. For the past 2 days I have been online with Customer Service complaining about their drivers. My first order on 2/7 was delivered to the wrong address, and Wal Mart replaced them and redelivered. That driver found me without any issues whatsoever. Today, 2/8, I had 3 more items to be delivered, and I have waited all day, but no delivery. I go online around 6:15 p.m. and tracking shows that the delivery driver returned my items to the store at 6:01 p.m. WHAT???!!!!! I get back online with Customer Service and proceed to complain again. On her end, the info was that my order was expected to be delivered by 8:00 pm. on 2/8. She informed me that if my package was not delivered within 48 hours, to let them know and they would issue a refund. ????? I asked her why I didn't see that same info on my end, but I never received a logical explanation for that. She tried to blame it on the app. I will NEVER, EVER order from Wal Mart again! I ditched Amazon last week for their poor, customer service issues (foreigners who can't speak English fluently), and now this week I'm ditching Wal Mart. Is there a company out there who actually knows what customer service is all about, and how to train their drivers appropriately, so the company does not keep losing money? And if you tip this miserable, lazy drivers, then you lose money also. This is more than atrocious!!!!! :(

The first part of my order had missing…

The first part of my order had missing items when delivered. I wasted a lot of time on their chat system explaining that the delivery was incomplete and asked them to check the delivery photo. I was told that there would be a refund issued for the items not received. Received an email shortly after saying there would be no refund as the items were delivered to the correct address and that I should contact my financial institution?? I paid with gift cards. Of course I could not email them back because that email was not monitored. Today I received an email that the balance of my order was delivered. The delivery photo was not of my address. No phone number for customer service anywhere on their website. I looked online to find one and called and it took forever to reach a real person. The person I talked to was very hard to understand. She said that she would issue a refund for the shipment not received and that I should see the gift cards back on my account within 10 business days. Like I want to go through this again! This has been a very frustrating experience to say the least. I can see with all of the other reviews many other people have gone thru similar experiences. I don't advise trying to use Walmarts online shopping.

I would give it a negative star if I…

I would give it a negative star if I could, as the worst shipping in the world. The products come damaged half the time or it's from a third party and Walmart won't return it. I have to go back through the other party, which is 90%, the time a waste of time.

BBB COMPLAINT FILED AND IT DOESN'T END THERE

To make a long story short... Filed a BBB COMPLAINT January 26 2026, which is an active investigation at this time, for an order originally placed January 11 2026 in which the original authorization hold was taken from my bank and on January 16 2026 when they finalized my order instead of getting the hold money back and the money for the unavailable items back Walmart charged my bank account again for an additional 69.02 leaving my account in the negative. An appearant billing error according to my bank. After several attempts to resolve it with being lied to that it was going to be refunded back. The final result was me filing the BBB INVESTIGATION. And now I placed an order for something once again showing available and it still shows available BUT PER WALMART it's not so I don't receive the item and have to wait who knows how many days to get refunded for it as well as the additional hold placed in total of close to 50.00. Have started shopping online with Albertsons and Kroger with just using Walmart for a few things. At this point spending the extra money with the other stores is way worth my time and aggravation dealing with Walmart. Walmarts Customer Service is awful and worth a crap.All overseas. They do nothing to help. Just want to get you off their phone line to meet their KPI's. The experience with the service in the stores is not any better. Just plain awful! Good bye Walmart. It sure hasn't been a pleasure!!

Bland & terrible beef, is this steak lab grown or expired? Disgusting and flavorless, would not buy again.33% off is not worth it. It tastes rubbery, synthetic & far expired.

Terrible Company pure Trash ( WALMART. )

Terrible Company pure Trash. Ordered Online again Order was Suppose to Arrive at 3pm. 6:45pm driver Shows up No alert to let me know they were here. Customer Service As Always Less than Helpful. 3 different Women Customer Service people Lied there As$es off to me and said Your Orders on its way Which it Never was. Walmart And It's Customer Service is Trash pure Garbage.

Too bad Sam is not around to see how…

Too bad Sam is not around to see how screwed up this dump has become. There are NO low prices, stock ois poor at best and these days you have to attempt to navigate the aisles to shop while avoiding the lumps of lazy riding in motorized carts and now you have to dodge the large carts that are filling orders for delivery. No freezer bags anymore either. The produce comes in from Mexico. Honduras, and all of those 3rd world dumps that allegedly cannot grow veggies and produce because of fake climate change. The fish is from the filthy waters of China so you risk poisoning or worse if you eat that. As for parking large oversized highboy pickup trucks are illegally parked improperly in the handicapped spaces and other spaces are reserved for police who NEVER use them instead pull up on the sidewalk. Very poorly managed and they care less because the pajama wearing crowd of shoppers are delighted they get to shop in inappropriate clothing.

WALMART STOLE MY MONEY

Walmart online experience....A week ago I purchased dog clippers online for 24 bucks. They took the money off my card IMMEDIATELY. They email me saying there was a substitution available and to CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY if you don't want the HIGHER PRICE item. Which I did do.They emailed me saying my order was ready for pickup with a higher price item. The additional money waa AUTOMATICALLY taken off my card!I frantically canceled the order as I don't make much money and WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE FOR DECIDING TO TAKE MORE MONEY WITHOUT EVEN HAVING ANY DECENCY TO "ASK"Tuesday I finally get to TALK to a human being and she PROMISED TO EXPEDITE MY REFUND. 5 days later...NOTHING!I CHAT with Walmart and they say 10 FREAKIN DAYS FOR A REFUND???.UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!GOODBYE THIEVING WALMART!!

My experience was exceptionally positive. I talked to a very nice women named Hamna who gladly helped solve the problem. The item was from a "pro seller" but Walmart.com guaranteed it. I am very pleased with the result.
