If I had the option to select zero stars I would. I purchased a crystal globe lamp in memory of my recently deceased grandmother to gift to my mom. There was a defect in the etching of the picture that was clearly visible. While my family members were admiring the globe, they then pointed out the defect. I reached out to wander print customer service sending video of globe with defect and was told “ due to the printing technique used on glass material, the image may appear slightly transparent. For the best visual effect, the product should be placed against a darker background and used with lighting.” The defected picture is noticeable in bright light, dim light, dark background, light background. Lesson learned. First and last time I purchase through wander print.

I have twice ordered items from Wander Prints and both times the experience was good. My last order was for a Mimi shirt that had my grandchildren's names on it. While I was changing the color and redoing the names I neglected to notice that the shirt had switched back to the default "Grandma". I realized my mistake the next day which was outside their 2 hour deadline for changes. I immediately sent an email explaining my mistake. They were able to change it much to my relief. Whew!!

I received a shirt in the wrong size and reached out to customer service expecting a straightforward resolution. Instead, I got a runaround. First, they asked for a photo with a rule, fine, I provided it. Then they changed the requirement to a tape measure, which I don’t have. After that, they told me to use a household item like a sheet of paper, which I also submitted. Now, after jumping through every hoop they set, they’re refusing to help at all.This wasn’t customer service, it was a moving target designed to avoid taking responsibility. Their “warranty” proved completely useless, and instead of simply correcting their mistake, they wasted my time with shifting demands. Thankfully, I’ll be resolving this through my credit card company.If you’re expecting support when something goes wrong, don’t count on it here.

Really disappointed with this purchase. The clock is faulty and poorly made — it wobbles because the base isn’t sturdy or doesn’t fit properly. The photo quality is also terrible and doesn’t even fit correctly in the heart shape, which completely ruins the look.I contacted the company and provided photos and videos as proof, but they refused to offer a refund. Instead, they offered me 20% off a future purchase, which is honestly unacceptable given the issues.Would not recommend — poor quality product and even worse customer service. Don’t buy.

I’ve been waiting since January for a replacement order to ship. Each time I ask I get it’s in progress. I finally asked for my money back as this was supposed to be a Christmas present and now crickets Buyer Beware!

I only give a 2 because the product is ok. However I ordered from them based on when the web site said I would receive the product, as I needed it for an event I was having. I also paid for priority shipping. Once I realized the product was NOT going to be here in time because they hadn't done anything with it yet I tried to cancel the order. They assured me it had already been shipped, and that I would receive it in time, the site just hadn't updated. The package was not received at the shipping facitlity in China until 6 days later, TWO DAYS before my event!! I reached out repeatedly and got no response after that. I then disputed my charge and they fought the dispute saying they had reached out to me and I had not responded. Do not order from them if you have a deadline!!

When I ordered this for our great-grandbaby, I was hoping it would be perfect. 1st birthday- 1st Easter needed to be special.This arrived, and it is so perfect. It is soft, her name is spelled correctly, and it is so squeezable.
