Increase the cancel/exchange order window
The wind to cancelled or alter an order should be more than an hour. Such a small time frame to make changes is ridiculous and will only lead to more hassle on the customers end when they try to return their purchase.

Figs scrubs are classy.
I wear Figs scrubs every day. Long shifts, difficult pediatric patients on life support. Figs jumpsuits are the best, I feel well prepared for a big challenges every minute. I feel assured and supported. And, by the way, with all this bending and squatting I don't have to worry about my undies being exposed.

Best scrubs ever
Best scrubs ever! I’ve been in healthcare since 2004 and scrubs have always been an uncomfortable mess! Until figs came into the scene…The fabric is great, the fit is great. They are durable and don’t wear after washes. The designs are fantastic (love the pocket details!!!) so practical for healthcare workers. Furthermore; they seem keen on evolving and keeping their customers happy! Keep up the good work.

Great product and customer service, remarkably slow replies and turn around…
I ordered 2 sets with the same style and size scrub joggers. They sent the wrong jogger for one set and were super kind about correcting that. Unfortunately they sent the wrong color for the exchange, so I have been waiting about a week just for customer service to get back to me for a return label. All in all, it’s been almost 3 weeks since I ordered them and I have yet to wear one set .
