I went with WeBricks because I couldn't find the specific design I wanted anywhere else. The actual product quality is really impressive, and the pieces fit together nicely. Their bulk upload feature for ordering multiple parts at once is convenient. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The website runs really slow and glitchy, sometimes taking three minutes just to load a page which is pretty frustrating. They also didn't warn me about their Chinese New Year closure, so I ended up waiting three months total for my order to arrive. Their support team was completely unhelpful. Plus their shipping fees are pretty steep at 18 euros from China. The biggest issue is that their design converter is broken. I entered one set number and it changed it to something completely different with no warning. That was a wasted order. One try was enough for me, and I won't be going back.

Bought this for my young child to work on with his homeschool tutor and myself. The build instructions are confusing and hard to follow. My child got frustrated and gave up pretty quickly. I had trouble understanding what pieces went where too. They claim to be like LEGO, but LEGO is so much easier and more fun to work with. Also, the mandatory subscription plan for three months seemed pricey. I'm planning to cancel but I'm worried about losing access to the projects I already paid for. It would be helpful if I could print out the instructions instead of having to use them online.

Still haven't gotten my package. What's the point of Webrick responding to my messages if I never actually receive what I paid for? They keep telling me they're looking into shipping logistics. It came from China to California pretty fast, but then it got stuck somewhere in their California warehouse or with the postal service and never made it to me. As of mid-2024, I wouldn't recommend ordering from Webrick unless you're okay with the risk that your shipment might not show up.
