I bought a Gilbert and a showerproof…
I bought a Gilbert and a showerproof padded jacket , Gilbert was a size too big but I had removed the labels , I found them to be both well made , however it took about almost approximately two weeks before I got them . I believe it was evri delivered them . Have the order number here if required .It was slightly disappointing as I had planned to wear these items on a trek that was planned.

My address was in complete on my order, which was my fault and customer service were great in chasing my parcel. The parcel did arrive but had been opened & one item was missing. Customer service was great again in solving this.
