I have been using Western Union for…
I have been using Western Union for almost 2 years every month sending my family in Ghana money for their survival and for food and electric and to have basic phone service. After 2 years I send the money as I normally do every month for my tithe and to help others in need. My family members are starving due to the fact of the bureaucracy of these apps. I'm completely appalled that there is no customer service person to speak to you. They want you to fill out a form and provide all of your information that is not supposed to be given to just everybody. They are requiring a relationship status and proof. I mean these people are ridiculous. All over $100. This is completely absurd. The transfer was refunded back to me and no one will talk to me. Now I have to wait for them to reopen my account. My son also uses Western Union and sends money to a people that he loves in Africa. This is a shame people should not have to be put in this situation. They act like I am trying to laundry money or that my family is scammers. This is all AI and computers and computers should not be able to decide a family's well-being or depict me as a criminal or them. I can understand needing proof but there should be a customer representative that is willing to walk you through it and talk to you under the last 24 hours. I have tried to request someone to talk to me. Western Union. I would appreciate it if you would restore my account. I sent you some information. I don't think you're entitled to know my entire life. All of my bank accounts and what I make this is a violation to my privacy act. Thank you

I have been using WU for years and liked it, but the last simple operations have taken hours to perform under frustration. My bank has changed my debit card but your application doesn't let me change. When I click "Use another account" it Takes me to my bank for approval but not change. So far I haven't been able to transfer.

This company is very bad for…transferring money rude customer service
This company is very bad for transferring money. I sent money from Karachi to Saudi Arabia, but after two weeks, it still hadn’t been sent. When I contacted them, they told me to come and collect my money in person and charged me PKR 3,500 without providing any service. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.I do not recommend using this company for money transfers.

Really bad company, I m waiting 4 days and the money couldn’t go, I’m making calls every single day and there is no solution, I was trying to send money out of the country but does not work, be away from this agency.

Try to use a prepaid card
Try to use a prepaid card couldn't withdraw money from ATM called Customer service support the incompetent staff including supervisor couldn't resolve my I use western union for more than 10 years and wanted to try this prepaid card. I'm out of the country and because the card wasn't verified in the USA you could not use it. Not recommended don't use it anymore.
