I thought I received my order today
I thought I received my order today, however once i opened the box, the product I ordered was not inside. Only a small tube of "tinted firming gel" that i did not order.Hoping I will receive the product that was actually ordered, "Tan Supreme Cream" in another shipment.

Shipping takes forever!
I ordered it on Monday. It’s Saturday and it’s still not here, nor does it say when it will arrive. I thought I would’ve had it to use for the weekend. So for now the rating is a one! Don’t expect to get your product anytime soon.

I received an email from your company saying I could get 15% off my order so I ordered the body perfector. A little later I go on facebook & saw an ad for 40% off!!! I was not happy about that at all & I’m sure you wouldn’t be either!

I tried to modify my order (change…
I tried to modify my order (change color) and reached out immediately after submitting my order. I followed the directions I was given but it didn’t work. When I explained that it wouldn’t work then I was told it was too late to change. All this took place within 8-12 hours after the original order. My order didn’t ship for 2 days after the email exchange. I was very disappointed this could not be corrected.

I mistakenly order the same thing twice…
I mistakenly order the same thing twice within a couple of hours and then called to cancel one order( 5 min after placing the 2nd order) this was due to a prompted email that there was something in my cart. They cannot cancel either order
