BEWARE HORRIBLE BUSINESS

Order my rims on December, the 18th still have gotten a confirmation number when they ship and who the shipper is when the company contacted, they will not answer calls or return emails. I've been told that my wheels are everywhere from Charlotte to west, Virginia.

the issue is now resolved after my…

the issue is now resolved after my banks fraud department got involved with an investigation into them and their charges along with items i provided in form of various printouts of the conversation online /chat and billing/receipts..etc.. the bank sided with me. i have my full refund amount back now.SUMMARY: wheel hero kept $150.00 of my refund after i returned incorrect product that was sent by them. they tried citing restocking fees as a last ditch effort after weeks of no communication from them and half baked answers when i did manage to miraculously make contact with them after multiple attempts. the biggest problem for them was that they were at fault from the beginning and instead of doing the correct thing and owning up to their mistake, and reaching out to me, they decided to try to double down on stupidity, hide from answering my calls, and capitalize on their mistake. sorry to inform you guys(@wheel hero)but you do not get to keep customers money because YOU made mistakes resulting in NOT sending the correct product that resulted in a customer having to return said product. that's called fraud. that is the definition of theft. people are sometimes arrested for that. you better start watching yourselves. 150 bucks isn't that much money to me to be honest. i could have let it go, but I'm done getting screwed by companies like wheel hero who trample on people they perceive to be lower class and steal their weekly earnings.its becoming more of a common problem with larger companies these days screwing over customers while still making a profit off of them. this is more about principal and what is right. start treating your customers better otherwise you wont have any. i told you guys last time we talked i was willing to NOT leave a negative review if you would just do the right thing and stand by your commitment motto. you chose not to. unfortunate....for you. I'll let the bank figure out what it wants to do with you next. I've already been reimbursed. too bad you couldn't actually be the HERO.

Wheel-ZERO

I I ordered a specific wheel/tire package for my vehicle. Wheel-ZERO sent me the incorrect wheels, same style but a different color! I contacted them the same day of delivery. They got back to me and offered me $100.00 for their mistake!After about a month of multiple emails (around 30) and phone calls, during which time they admitted they never had the wheels I ordered (which to me is fraud), I was able to get a partial refund from them, nowhere near what it should have been. At that point, I just wanted to be done with this company!I would not recommend them at all!

Caution when ordering

Order 4 wheels guaranteed fitment on SLK350. Shipped to repair shop. Shop stated wheels would cause tires to rub. Informed Wheelhero. Returned from shop in same cartons. Have requested Wheelhero supply a copy of the refund, indicating where credit has been applied - 4 times. They were very helpful when ordering. Asked for amount credited, card credited and date of credit. Apparently, asking too much. Received the date of credit. No amount of account credited. This information should be simple to provide and if provided, I would not have sent several emails.

I bought a set of wheels and tires…

I bought a set of wheels and tires based on their fitament tool. It said the tire and wheel combo would fit my vehicle however the front 2 tires rubbed badly. I understand things happen, online fitament tool didn’t work. When I emailed they requested a photo, I sent photo and they ghosted me. Be very wary of this place

Happy Happy Happy!!!

Quick, Fast, and Friendly!! Very simple process, my tires are of excellent quality. They had the absolute lowest price. Ordered one day, received them a day and a half later. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely do business with them again!!

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience, advertising says most orders ship same or next day. When I called in my order the guy was great and helpful supposedly sending free wrench and a t-shirt well. After numerous phone calls and false promises still no shipping info after 8 days. Yet they took my money the same day. They sent me a tracking number 2 days ago, I called shipping company because tracking number wasn't showing as good. Shipping company says they haven't even recieved an order from them to pick up my order. Everyone is good about making you feel special but doesn't do much good to feel special if you dont get your order. Pricing is great if you could just get the product you pay for.

Terrible from start to finish

Terrible from start to finish. Did my order come, yes. However, they didn't include the aftermarket wrench that I paid for and I had to reach out to have them send another. On top of that, I questioned Steven, my sales rep, about what tires and wheels I should purchase. I made sure that the wheel package I purchased would not rub at all. He confirmed that it would. I installed the set on my truck and they rub, bad. I had to cut out nearly 8" and some metal for them to fit without rubbing. I reached out to customer service and Scott was horrible. He kept saying "we've installed these tires on truck like yours and there's no rubbing" excuse me sir, why would I cut my truck if I didn't need too!? What a joke. He offered me a $100 credit which was also a joke. I spent over 4 hours cutting my truck and sanding it down and that's what the offer when they lied to me to begin with!? Save your money and go purchase your tires somewhere else. They're terrible if anything goes wrong.

They added Valve Stems on the Inside of the Rims

I ordered a set of Rims and Tires April 27th, $3,107.81Received the set around May 10th. After un packing we noticed 2 Valve stem on each Rim, Why? I am not racing, No need for gas in my tires. I sent an email to Scott that the extra valve stem That was Installed on in INSIDE of the rims are hitting the strut mounts and brake calipers , this was May 12th, I sent him pics and videos of this hitting, He said it was for the TPS sensors , He wanted to send me spacers? WTF? I asked why didnt you just install them on the stock valve> instead of drilling into my new rims making another hole? He asked If I can find a shop by me to correct the problem and they would reimburse me, I asked why do I have to do all this, it is their Error, Finally I figured Wheel Hero was not going to correct their problem, I had Discount tire fix them, We deleted the inside vale stems they installed, and put the TPS sensor on the remaining valve stem, Discount Tire corrected their screw up. I am working out of state and my son in law had to do all this for men after he got off work. I sent Scott the Bill from Discount Tire and added $200 for my son in law, The bill from Discount was $168.00 , so I asked for $360.00 for All, Scott offered me, $210.00, and then $240.00 and he says that is fair.They did NOTHING to fix their Errors and left it up to the customer to fix and pay for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
