Don't trust the color descriptions on this site. The actual products look nothing like what's shown in their photos. Plus, their customer service seems to be entirely automated. I'd stay away, especially from anything marked as final sale.

Returning two sweaters due to fit problems turned into a complete disaster. If you're ordering from outside the US, watch out - they make you cover return shipping costs, and it's buried way down in the terms. I ended up out the import fees plus expensive return shipping through DHL, and now they're telling me my return package disappeared somewhere. Getting any real help from their team is nearly impossible - it honestly seems like one overwhelmed person running the whole operation. They present themselves as a luxury brand but the actual experience is a total mess. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for cashmere. You'll find better quality, better support, and a company that actually cares.
