I ordered a tracksuit for Xmas which never came and they refuse to give me a refund. I've never dealt with a company as bad as this. It's going on since mid December and I still can't get a refund. Shocking customer service.

I ordered a matching set for my daughter. They sent a mismatched set so the wrong items. It’s been a month and I can’t get anyone to reply about a return or exchange. Do not order from here.

Would give zero stars if possible. The company sent the wrong item and only offered a refund or store credit, excluding shipping costs. They are completely non-responsive to my requests for the correct item to be shipped without cost, which is a violation of consumer protections.

I ordered two hoodies for Christmas for my daughter. And I am not sure what happened upon delivery, but I never received the hoodies. I assume they got delivered to the wrong address! Although it took a few weeks to hear anything back from the support team, (granted it was during the holiday’s) they offered to resend the order at no additional charge. Even though it wasn’t their fault the package got lost. It was delivered within a few days after hearing back from them, and I really appreciate them resending the hoodie’s. And my daughter was extremely happy as well! Thank you!

White Fox Boutique has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.I returned items in December because the sizing was laughably wrong — everything was enormous and clearly not true to size. It is now months later, and I am still chasing them for my refund. The fact that this needs to be chased at all is ridiculous.This is, without exaggeration, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Slow replies, copy-and-paste responses, excuses, and zero accountability. It feels like their entire system is designed to delay refunds in the hope that customers just give up.A legitimate business should not take months to return money for items that were sent back promptly and correctly. The stress, frustration, and time wasted trying to get a simple refund has been unbelievable.I will never shop with White Fox Boutique again, and I will go out of my way to warn others not to. If you enjoy fighting a company to get your own money back, then maybe this is the brand for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favour and shop literally anywhere else.

I ordered a pretty big over & I was so excited to get it but when it arrived it wasn’t order at all. 😭 then I emailed back & forth with their AI emails & never got anywhere but I contacted them on socials & got an email & it goes rectified very quickly! Excited to stuff!!

I have tried to contact this company multiple times in multiple different ways and have never been so disappointed with customer service and overall company values. I ordered a set from WHITE FOX on December 13th (order information below) and never received half of my order. I got the sweatpants but never received the hoodie. The package was not tampered with at all. I have sent email after email trying to get ahold of someone and was ghosted by support and someone named 'cian'. I have been told someone is going to be in touch shortly and haven't been refunded or contacted since. After this instance, I tried to return the sweatpants and get a full refund because I refuse to contribute any of my money to this terrible company but when I go to request a refund for the sweatpants, it says the order number cannot be found and won't even let me return the pants!!! I want a full refund and will never order a thing from this company again. Many others have experienced similar things with this company and it is unacceptable. Do better. 636-696-9894

One full month and about 10 emails/messages sent, for a store credit to hit my account after a return. You are constantly put in communication with an AI bot, and nothing comes from it but false promises. Because of the length of time it took, We missed every Christmas and New Years sale (intending to use the credit), and were not able to use a referral Code bc it timed out after 30 days. They were unwilling to make any of it right. Will never buy from here again. Way overpriced. Terrible return policy and even worse customer service.
