I bought a pair of tracksuit pants and some jeans from white fox. They were excellent quality and came very quickly and I will definitely be buying again.

Top arrived ripped

Top arrived ripped, submitted a return and they only gave me store credit was unable to get a refund despite complaining plus they charged me to send the item back. Rip off.

Poor quality items and horrific customer service

We have spent a large amount with White Fox over the last few months and once an issue arose I found them to be horrific to deal with. As a fault on the seam of the item became apparent after it had been worn, they refused to exchange or refund, despite acknowledging that it was a fault numerous times, claiming they could only do so if it had sales tags attached. Items provided are clearly not fit for purpose if faults are expected as 'wear and tear' after only 2 wears. Will never purchase from them again and would advise extreme caution if you are expecting items of any quality, and customer service which is pretty rude overall.

Received a stained top I needed for an…

Received a stained top I needed for an event, reached out to customer service requesting a resolution, they asked me to return the item for a refund or a replacement. I explained I needed the item for an event and it will delay me receiving a replacement I would like a partial refund. They refused the partial refund despite the fact they were meant to provide a service to their customer and completely failed to provide adequate standards. Really shocked by the lack of empathy or care towards customers.

I ordered a dress and it never arrived

I ordered a dress and it never arrived. I ordered express shipping. They said it’s on the way I called the delivery people and They said that they never received the package. Then I contact white fox again and they said that it’s at my post office waiting for a collection and they sent me a new link to track it, therefore I pressed the link they provided and it says that the order has been cancelled. No one is contacting me. No one is giving me an explanation. No one is answering my emails or anything. I’ve tried to get in contact with them so many times they are ignoring me. They have poor communication And the fact that they can’t even do a simple request of giving me a call to sort it out so I know what’s going on now, they just ignore me. I am extremely annoyed and angry at this website/Store whatever it is, due to the fact I was meant to have this dress quickly for a function they screwed me over, they took my money and COMPLETELY GYPPED ME.

Horrible customer service would never…

Horrible customer service would never deal with this company again. They basically told me to figure out my return. It was shipped to an address on the package that I received, and they are not taking any accountability would never buy from

Terrible customer service. Complete avoidance of liability

Probably the worst customer service that I have ever received. Completely avoiding the issue and not acknowledging what I am telling them. As this was my first (of potentially many) purchases, they have firmly lost me as a future customer. I purchased my teen daughter her first hoodie from their site, using a 30% off promo voucher she received in a White Fox cosmetics set she got at Christmas.The colour was fawn but when it arrived it was actually khaki green. I contacted customer service immediately to exchange for a fawn / beige colour. They replied days later stating they do not offer exchanges, and will not provide another 30% off code as it had already been used. I again explained the circumstances. If they accepted exchanges we'd get another in a different colour. But they don't. So I asked for a free return label as the item is not as described. I waited 5 days for a response and had to chase again. Finally I received another generic response stating they can only honour offers during a sale period and I should sign up to their emails for future offers? How does that help. They knew this was my first order. I'd told them their online AI assistant had failed to provide a fair solution. They are uninterested and delaying assisting in a fair resolution. I have given them notice that I am cancelling the order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within the 14-day cooling-off period in writing. And I will go to my payment provider if I do not receive a response including free return label. Imagine going to all this trouble to make an extra £6 off a customer. Honestly never known a company push someone out of the door and refuse their future custom ever before. I have been emailing with Alexis. Hopefully a manager steps in now and provides a better, detailed, personal response.

Tone Deaf Customer Service

Ordered a few dresses for my daughter. The dresses were completely see through - which is not how they were shown on the website. I was refused a refund and only offered a credit. I was told that refunds are not permitted for “change of mind”. I explained that I did not receive what I believed I ordered. They did not care. Store credit is all they offered and even deducted money for return shipping.Doing the right thing is so easy. I am always confused when companies draw hard lines on policy when confronted with a non-standard issue. You lost a few customers today.

Where do I start....I ordered 1 top

Where do I start....I ordered 1 top, 1 top long sleeve, 1 hoodie, all in Size xxs.My daughter is very slim but tall(10 year old but wears clothes for 12 year old).Hoodie is very wide but that understandable, the top on the hand would fit 7 year old..... return wilcost me £6 so it's not really worth it. I have brought fake white fox previously and finding them better quality and sizing.....would not buy from White fox again 😐

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Had to get my credit card company to step in after 2 months of no item no refund and no response. Do not buy from this company.
