Even though they admitted it was faulty, they refused to replace or refund it, saying the sales tag had to still be attached. If items are going to fall apart from normal wear after only two uses, they're clearly not made well enough. The support team was unhelpful and kind of rude throughout the process. Won't be ordering again and would caution others about expecting decent quality or service.
