Excellent
Wigs were delivered quickly and came in perfect condition. The UPS delivery was fast without the boxes being banged up like USPS does ruining my wig box. The prices were the best that I found for new wigs in the color and brand that I like. The wigs were excellent quality. Ordering online was easy. Thank you!

Service was wonderful
Service was wonderful. The information I received was great. Just wish you had more low density wigs. I am 77, my hair is thinning so bad. I need a wig but one that does not screen I am a wig.

Person on the phone was very helpful
Person on the phone was very helpful. However, the wig was atrocious. Once I put it on I no longer felt comfortable in making a return. The wig was so horrible my husband insisted I take it off

I keep buying the pretty wigs over and over again. In different colors because I love the style. It fits me perfectly. I have tried other styles of wigs some are good and some are not so good.I appreciate your return policy. that’s why I stay as a loyal customer.

When you are excited about a new wig coming, the wait for it to ship can be absolutely painful!! I was amazed at how quickly my order arrived! I purchased it on a Tuesday night and had it Friday night without any expedited fees! Excellent quality and shipped with care. This won’t be my last purchase from Wigs.com!
