I like Wix
As a first time business owner, WIX was perfect for me. It was easy to understand, and even when I needed assistance, the chat was very helpful.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service. I thought I successfully unenrolled in auto-renew and deactivated my account. I was charged for the auto-renew and contacted WIX same-day. It took 2 days for them to respond to me to get me back into my account and they stood by not giving me a refund. They don't have a phone number that you can call to get in touch with anyone. I tried social media and their email- horrible experience.

Excellent website functionality
Wix provides excellent website creation capabilities. It’s nice not to have to code everything directly but instead to be able to drag and drop capabilities that would have taken me months to code.

First time ever leaving a bad review…
First time ever leaving a bad review for a company. :(I am so annoyed with Wix, first I have a website for 8 years that I am happy and currently using for my website. I opened another one this year with plans on making a second wix account/website. 1 year later and I notice a 3rd payment is taken out my account and I dont know how as this page has never been published or I have never even edited the site. I contact Wix chat 4 times and every time they are very weird and just seems like they are some random company doing chat for Wix they do not represent the company well. They don't know much even about Wix and how it works, all they care about is a good review at the end survey, 4 times they asked if I would leave them a good review and I said I need my situation sorted first so they cut me of without ever letting me do the survey. I have screen shots to prove. I also have all screen shots of the lies and promises they tell just to get you of the chat and its like they are all in the same room or place as they stick up for each other. They will not let you do any survey if your are even a tiny bit unhappy. You cant trust them now it's very sad and I was shocked to see this from such a giant company. Face value it looks good but behind the scenes its very shady. Once I get my refund I am closing down my old account to open with somewhere else it's a shame for such a small amount of money I am owe back.

First time web designer and small business owner and I'm liking WIX
I'm liking WIX. I'm a first time small business owner and my current website is the first I have built. I find WIX pretty easy to figure out myself. There's been a few teething issues I've had to learn along the way, as you'd expect being a first time user, But I add tickets, or links to external tickets pretty easily, create event pages myself, and overall am pretty pleased with it, and anytime I have had queries, I have had them responded to quickly.

Pretty good
Pretty goodI can setup a website in a few seconds but then you need to pay for a premium plan just to add a domain but then after that you need to pay for the domain and if you don't care about the branded domain you still get a huge popup at the top saying that the site was made on wix or wix studio depending on which one you created it on but also it works with no code on wix studio they have an option to add code if you want but overall it is pretty good.

Website builder awful
Website builder awfulSupport AwfulInterface Awful.Do not bother. It is absoloutly horrific. I could make a better website with a crayon. Thought this would save me some time but the website builder is so clunky it takes hours to do something simple

Very shady experience with Wix
Very shady experience with Wix. I purchased a domain name and was basically forced to buy a Premium plan (around $300) just to use basic features. On top of that, there are hidden fees everywhere-you don't see the real cost until you're already locked in. If you're new to building a website, stay away. Customer support was not helpful at all, and they even refused to close my account. Overall, afrustrating and disappointing experience.
