I needed to send my order back and used their return label, dropping it at a pickup location that's basically just a local newsagent where the courier picks up packages. The collection never happened and then they blamed me and refused to process my refund. I sent tons of emails and they kept telling me to write a formal handwritten complaint, which I did with all my documentation. Then they said they wouldn't respond to it. I asked repeatedly for a manager or complaints department contact but kept getting the same reply worded slightly differently from the same person. For a brand positioning itself as luxury, the customer service is shocking. Check other reviews and save yourself the headache because the team really isn't equipped to handle issues properly.
I used to have decent luck ordering from them online, but something's changed. It seems like the newer team members aren't great with handling issues and lean way too heavily on automated responses. Every time I needed help with something important, like UK customs paperwork that only they could address or tracking down a returned item so I could get my refund, they sent back the same generic copy-paste responses. It was incredibly frustrating. After four months of this nonsense, I contacted PayPal and had my money back within two weeks. I really hope they faced consequences for how badly they handled everything. They've totally lost me as a customer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone right now. The whole experience and their product quality has really gone downhill in 2024.
UPDATE: I tried emailing today and got a message that their inbox is full, but calling worked great and I got help right away with no hold time. So if you need customer service, you have to call them instead. The original issue was that their shipping notification emails don't include the company name, making them nearly impossible to find in your inbox. They never mention what company will actually ship your stuff. There's no heads up that items are coming from Germany, so delivery takes way longer than expected. And their chat support doesn't reply to messages.
The tights I got ripped the first time I wore them. I shipped them back like they asked, but it's been about six weeks and my return still hasn't been handled. Now customer service is asking me to sign some kind of legal declaration about the return, which feels completely unreasonable given how unclear the whole thing is.
Hands down the worst business I've ever had to deal with. They've had my money since late 2022 and refuse to refund me even though I have their courier's proof that I returned both orders. Their support team can't seem to understand basic email communication and the UK phone number they list doesn't even work. Look at other review sites before you even think about buying from them. This company is bad news.
