The fabric for a pair of jeans was scratchy so I tried to return them but they only take returns via happy returns and I don’t have access to that. When I asked for a return lab to send the item back the said they only take returns through happy returns. Beware!

I ordered a bathing suit from them. What I received was a totally different item. I returned it as instructed and did not want to re-order it again so I requested my money back. They credited by bank account with the purchase price of the bathing suit and told me they don't refund shipping and handling back. I explained to them that the return was because they sent me the wrong item and that i had no problem paying shipping and handling if they had sent the correct item in the first place. They keep telling me they will send a memo to someone regarding this issue. Once they told they were issuing me a $ amt that wasn't even what I paid for shipping and handling. Today they told me they issued a gift card in my woman within acct for a different amt (that does not total what i paid in shipping and handling). I told them i wanted the credit back to the acct i paid for the order with. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM. They tell you lies to get you off the phone. They won't let you speak to a manager. Horrible customer service and the lowest level of customer resolution I have ever experienced.

Company states that you can’t return an item if the tags aren’t in tact. The three sweatpants I ordered didn’t even come with tags so I can’t return them even though they don’t fit. Do not purchase from this company unless you’re sure it will fit!!

Fraudulent CompanyBEWARE!#1 Ordered two pair of denim pants, same style, same size. When received, one pair was 4"shorter in length and 2" narrower in pant legs. I called customer service to get return instructions. They sent me via email a return label. I returned the pants immediately, I ordered and paid again for another pair to replace defective ones. They not only would not credit me, for the defective pair, they charged me an additional fee for the return!!!!!!#2 My second order, was for 2 pair of their "popular" knit pants. When received, I immediately opened and found one pair had actually been WORN and was STAINED! I again called their customer service dept. They again sent a prepaid return label and I sent both pairs back, the same day as received. I have yet to receive a credit. Their customer service dept. told me they were a US company, although no representatives I've spoken to speak clear English.I had signed up and obtained a Woman Within Credit card account for a special offer. I made a large order with them prior to these previous issues. I still "have not" received the order, however, they did send me a Credit Card bill for the purchase, again, the order has not been received! I will not do further business with this fraudulent company and I will be cancelling their Woman Within Credit card!

HOLY COW!!! WILL NEVER order again!! I have ordered many times and YET again they have charged my card twice!! I had credit card thru them for years and same billing issues!! NOW this!! NEVER again!!

Wish I could give ZERO stars. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I've been attempting to get a refund since January. It's almost March. I literally got into a shouting match with the first CSR. Today, I spoke with a CSR who actually hung up on me. A simple Christmas gift turned into a customer service nightmare (and they have the audacity to charge a $10.99 processing fee for a return). Wish I had read the reviews BEFORE purchasing. Lesson learned...NEVER again. I never give bad reviews but this has to be THEE ABSOLUTE WORST Customer service ever!

Hey folks this is how they rip u off when u make a purchase $50.32They will charge you $50.31. So leaves transaction open then they hit the $50.32 again it’s a scam on most of there stuff

The website stopped working mid order confirmation, funds deducted for 1 failed order, then 2x for actual order placed. Now more than 10 days later, only 1 duplicate processing refunded and original error funds reserved still in processing for refund.That's a long time and too much money for me to risk another purchase with more errors. Will shop in a local store instead.Customer service was polite and did explain situation but the end result is still a very long wait to get my funds bank.

On 01-30-2026 I ordered size medium tall pants in cobalt blue and another pair in tan. The website said the tall pants had an inseam of 33 to 34 inches. The pants tan pants that I received were fine. The cobalt blue pants , however, had a 38 inch inseam!!!! Even women basketball players do not need a 38 inch inseam. I called customer service and they helped me to return the pants and exchange them for another pair. I just received the new pants yesterday, 02-18-2026. These pants also have a 38 inch inseam!!! I will send these back and give up.

It has been a long time since ordered from this retailer. This time was a disaster. I paid for shipping, then my order was, what seemed like forever, in transit. I finally got it and all three items were too big. Yes sizes are HUGE... I even ordered a size I wear! LOL.. Anyway, now that I need to return I gotta pay again for shipping. I decided NOT to reorder. If the items are still too big I pay for shipping again.. Not this gal. I got succered once. Not again.. So it cost me $25.00 to get a bunch of stuff that was useless... Never again Womenwithin...
