Complete failure to help
I raised a report on wondershare as I cant use the product, they stated they wont refund the money, my advice is to go with alternative company, as in thier response they said they look into it, of course they nover did. As a qualified chartered IT professional and 40 + year of computing experience I can promote Wondershare, to expect using google drive instead of icloud when using an iphone just amazed

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WONDERSHARE
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Absolute joke of a company. When you try to get help from the bot it randomly changes languages. I bought RECOVERIT to try and restore some files. Only attempted to recover one file and the process is so clunky, so awkward, so poorly designed that it is almost impossible to navigate. English cannot possibly be this developer's first language. Any time you try to navigate anywhere they try to sell you an upgrade. I've never been more disgusted with a company...ever.

I can’t deal with these AI Support Bots
I initially bought the wrong product for my needs. Trying to refund that purchase has been nothing but a nightmare. AI Support bots gaslighting me into saying that yes I can have my refund, but have you tried this instead? It’s absolutely f****** annoying! JUST GIVE ME MY REFUND

Support cannot be reached
The only way you seem to be able to contact this company is by first leaving a 1-star review on Trustpilot. I paid for your mindmap software, but I am unable to activate it, or change my password. Your AI chat system is ridiculous. Please contact me to sort this out, or I will contact my credit card company for a refund. Please do not tell me to contact you via webchat as it does not work (tried that already 10 times). Edit: Great that you took the effort to repond....but 10 hours later there is still no solution. I you haven't sovled this by the end of tomorrow, I will contact my credit card for a refund.

Wondershare has a history of selling…
Wondershare has a history of selling non functional and buggy software like Allmytube, streaming audio recorder and mobilego which no more works and has no support. Software which are being sold now by the, could face the same fate in future. One has to be careful before buying from this china headquartered company. They have poor ethics. This review is after contacting and getting poor response from their customer care.

Warning for people that have the Lifetime license
We have been using the Wondershare Repair-it app for last 7/8 years now, and we have a Lifetime license for 5 devices which of course they don't provide anymore, as we lease our devices, these change all the time, however when It came to resetting the devices connected to the account, Wondershare refused to reset these stating when they are set they can't be removed [which is rubbish], what they are saying that we want you to force you to pay and move to our monthly subscription, which didn't set well with me so I will be taking my business else where.
