Beyond Expectations
Your Customer Service has very little wait time, cheerful and ready to help. The items are delivered almost immediately; its quite amazing. The clothing is so soft, breathable, yet warm!

A must have for late fall-winter,
Womens Joey Mid Calf Socks - soft, cozy socks, fantastic for dog walk or figure skating. or just cuddle up with to watch a movie. I've also gotten Piper Pocket Leggings - Black - MED. Hug snug to the body, very useful pocket, Skating in them was heavenly, move with the body, I felt warm and stayed dry through a hard workout and the ride home. Highly recommend superb quality. did not shrink in a wash, did not fade color. Perfect.

Ryann Hoodie cut for a man
The Ryann Hoodie is beautiful. The fabric is soft and substantial. I wanted to love it. However, it fit me like a men's sweatshirt- no shape and way way too long. for reference, I'm 5'7" and 155 pounds. I ordered a size medium.

Inconsistent Sizing
Purchased a Stowe vest from there site after another recent purchase of a Boulder Hoodie. Bought the exact same size as the hoodie but the Vest did not fit. The vest was final sale but I was confident with the purchase because of the great fit of the hoodie. Unfortunately after contacting WoolX and explaining the situation they quoted it was Final sale and there are no exchanges or returns. I would have gladly taken store credit and and maybe purchased another Hoodie or socks, something I can use but no help was offered. Customer service is something lacking if you ask me

Bought a men's size L Shirtjac
Bought a men's size L Shirtjac. Ridiculous. Like a child's shirt. Being final sale, I could not return it, but informed them there was a problem. They suggested that, "I was not familiar with my own size, and should stick to their regular, (full price-returnable) garments". Aside from the innuendo, does this mean they unload defective items on sale? Not recommeded. Update: Customer service has reached out to me, but again, these are the hipster straightjacket fit. Had much better luck with one of the Hoodies. Actual size L.
