They hook you in with a discounted…
They hook you in with a discounted offer then boom the price rockets. We’ve have to pay £24+ a month more just to enter more than 10 bills. What does it cost Xero…. Nothing. Far too expensive for a sole trader with seasonal work. We will probably be going back to excel or a cheaper platform in the new tax year.

Intuitive and user friendly
Xero is by far the most intuitive and user-friendly accounting software I’ve used. Their discounted pricing for not-for-profit organisations is very reasonable, and when I needed support, my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

excellent customer service - John was absolutely brilliant on the phone
John was absolutely brilliant on the phone - helpful, knowledgeable, professional, positive and joyful. If only all customer services within companies were as good as this. The guy is a real credit to Xero and I've found xero's services to be perfect over the years. I also really like the intuitive design of the website - it just works. You don't have to go looking or researching how to use the site. Definitely recommend this company. I definitely prefer to speak to a human if there's any issues so being able to reach someone on the phone is really important to me - with this company you can do that.
