In ONE MONTH, Xfinity/comcast company sent a bill with a $25 increment. Ya, they raise the bill almost monthly, but this is ridiculous. As well, when I try to contact them, I get only AI communication. Sure, Xfinity does lots of "charitable" stuff for low income, but takes MY MONEY to do it. Well, I'm going with another provider. Besides, most of their stations are junk. I only watch FOUR stations that are worthwhile. Bye, Xfinity. Bye, Bye. Learn how to deal with your customers; maybe, then, we wouldn't be leaving you in droves.

One of the messiest experiences of all time. To put it simply;- They lied to me about my bill multiple times and keep charging me the wrong amount- They are relentless about upgrading and do NOT listen to you on the phone. They just keep asking if you’d like to upgrade, even if you’re trying to cancel service- My router couldn’t get service for two months despite spending two hours in the phone with three different agents- Finally just called to cancel service and the rep aggressively insisted on having a technician come out to analyze and told me they would waive the fee, but I’m still being charged the fee and they refuse to remove it- Missing and incorrect info every time I contact them- The rep today argued with me about the $10 credit they told me multiple times that’s offered with autopay- I cannot speak to an actual person unless I say “cancel service”- A lady today hung up on me while I was explaining my incorrect bill- They do not call back when you schedule a callback! So annoying! You have to keep calling and they tell you that they need to transfer you and they don’t call back. They are scammers! They’re required to cancel my service when requested and they just avoid doing it. Literally zero stars if I could. Beware, it’s a sloppy excuse for a business and their customer service is a joke.

Almost no way to reach a live person. I phoned several times and was able to reach someone once. He put me on hold to see how to help with an SMPT problem. After a long wait, he said he didn't have the authority to help and would transfer me to Customer Security Assurance, for which he could not give me a direct number. My call was dropped. All subsequent calls only offered options not related to my problem and no option to speak to a person. Fortunately, I also have a Google account. I'll be switching all my emails to that.

I have documentation and photographs of how horrible Xfinity is as a provider, and they are advertising for mobile service! No one in the right mind that has experienced Xfinity as a service, would trust their mobile service!!! I can’t believe that Comcast can not work out a deal with Scripps Network (AN ACTUAL CREDIBLE BUSINESS)

They messed up my bill when I moved and transferred my service. They double-charged me, and they hide all my old statements from the previous address so I can't even verify or dispute. Their entire customer service team is useless. They will disconnect rather than fix the problem. I hate this company.

If you wan't a company that rips you off still charges you for equipment that was returned this is your company. Even though they can check serial number and see it was returned there lazy and expect you to do there job for them. The equipment was shipped back thru UPS like they said 13 months ago but yet still billing me for it.

I hate Xfinity now. It started out fine. Then, last March, I called to negotiate a lower internet price since the monthly internet discount from covid expired. My new bill was set at $20. Except the next month it was $29. It was fixed. I was assured it would not happen again. Cue me calling every month again because I was being charged $29. I sent receipts. I was told it was because I didn't set up payments using a bank account. I don't think Xfinity actually keep records of calls. Then in December 2025, my payment was declined. I called and had it paid and the customer service rep credited me $25. I got a bill in January saying I didn't owe anything. I thought February was taken care of. Then I get a bill for $108 for March! I was going to call when I woke up the next morning to find my internet was shut off. So I called and agreed to pay $69 within two weeks and got my internet running. March 19th came and went and no money was taken out. I checked a couple days later and I had not been charged and by then other bills were taken out, so I paid $25.Then I got a bill for $177! I called on April 8 and talked to the customer service rep. She said it was because I had failed to set up automatic payments. and finally she put me on a payment plan of $32 starting on the 10th. I asked her if we needed to set up the automatic payment. She said it was already set up.Well, today I woke up to find Xfinity had taken $132 out! That is my rent money. And no one will refund that. I'm lied to every time I call. And when I tried to cancel, I was told it would be $20. So I'll cancel it May 1. I'm done. Xfinity is the worst and I will be telling everyone to stop using them.

I have been a Comcast customer since 1980. I have been a Xfinity Diamond customer for 10 year. Like others who have posted reviews, the ride has been rocky until recently. As stated in a previous review Kayla had a Pro Extender sent to me as she determined that it would help with pumping up our Gateway wifi. Today I needed help with the extender. I called and had the good fortune to reach Emilio. Like Kayla. US based English speaking Sr Tech. He walked me through the app. Set up and testing. I learned that the Gateway and extender are for "internet" function. Our TV box's are for the X1 xfinity broadcast system. Emilio asked me to wait 1 hour after we completed the setup and called me back. (unheard of) I hope this review and my Google review get to his boss so that he can get a bonus that he deserves.

They take your money and say you didnt pay and will shut your service off and after your service is shut off for less than a day they take all promotions from you. If your late on your bill say goodbye to your free mobile line for a year you got when you signed up for your internet. All for being a day late. They will then hike up your internet bill and even though you pay them 98 dollars you will sit there without internet as they lie and make up reasons to take your money and still leave you without internet service. They will lie then and say you didnt pay the last few months and we all know it dont take but a few days of being late for them to shut you off. Go anywhere but to xfinity. ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! I will personally tell every single person I can how much they will lock you in just to rob you blind and leave you without any service in your home and with your mobile. Do not belive the free phone service for a year scam. They will find a way to screw you over after they beg you to switch to their mobile phone service
