The choice is ours!
I ordered a second time. The site has a quoted delivery time. If anyone has problems with this, contact delivery services. The site was sent, but the rest is already to DHL, Hermes and the like. If it were the Ukrainian "Nova Poshta" - you would be delighted. There are no complaints about the goods. We choose them ourselves, don't we? I wish you success!

I highly recommend this site
This is my sixth order from Yesstyle, and I've never had any problems. The wait times are long, but that's normal considering the package is coming from Korea. In Italy, deliveries are made by Poste Italiane, which notifies you immediately of the expected arrival time as soon as the package reaches the country. I was worried that the prices would be higher due to the new taxes on non-EU parcels, but I haven't noticed any major differences. I should also note that it's no longer possible to pay with PayPal (or at least that option wasn't available today), and I've also had problems with Apple Pay. In any case, I'm satisfied with the site; the products are always well packaged, and there are always plenty of discounts. Mind that the prices are lower than those of European retailers, but slightly higher than those of Korean stores. However, I think it's the best site for ordering Asian products because it's secure, has a huge selection, and the price is just waiting a few extra weeks. You just need to be organized and order early when you see you're running low on products.

waste of money and time
I ordered a huge order for 650$ on dec 2025 and waited for it to arrive only for the local shipping agent and request my ID and wouldn’t let it go unless yesstyle request a return or it will get destroyed, I spent an entire month and a half trying to get them to do something about it but they didn’t even bother to send anything else than automated messages telling me about where it is and when I used the live chat the agent closed the conversation because I’m not understanding like telling me the same thing for an entire month, refusing to refund me and then lying about forwarding my case to a team isn’t worth getting frustrated over? not only that but when I had to spam their emails to give me one human to respond they offered to refund me 250$ of the initial 650$ for a “return fee” for an order that won’t be returned, the customer service is horrible and be prepared to lose your mind over how useless the agents are, literally 650$ down the drain because of yesstyle’s greed

It is incredible how nobody can do something so easy as READ in this company, I keep and keep and keep and keep... sending the same inquiries over and over again, and NOBODY READ and answers, is there a way to have A REAL HUMAN BEING with that simple ability????

I really like the fact that delivery to South Korea takes place as soon as possible. And there are lots of discounts on products that can sometimes be purchased at a cheaper price than any other store!

Awful service/paid express shipping for nothing
I don’t even know where to start, I’ve spent over 500€ on their platform, and I placed an order that I need as a gift so I paid extra 20€ for express shipping, mind you all products were in stock, I bough it and paid around 150€ for this particular order, then noticed one item is waiting for stock, ok weird, I email them to ship the rest of the items as I need them, no reply, and I’ve had some enquiries before, some strange replies they send back, it’s like they don’t even read the issue. Yesstyle I’m not sure how you expect to keep people loyal to you when you do this ??
