Very bad service from compny
If I ever order from them gain I would have it sent to shop. I ordered 3 items and only 2 arrived in parcel. I complained and was told that the parcel went through its checks ok. The weight was consistent. They asked about the parcel if it was in good condition and it was. Something definitely went wrong at their end. They will not believe me so was charged for no item. I am extremely disgusted in the company and probably will not use them again.

Have to pay for delivery and returns
Have to pay for delivery and returns. Fair enough for delivery but think it’s pretty poor to have to pay for returns. It’s cost me almost £6 for one items to be sent a returned and it only cost me £14 for the item. Wouldn’t use again based on this

I had 2 orders
I had 2 orders , one came quickly and perfectly happy with it. The other item I am still waiting for even though I paid for next day delivery this item was needed for a holiday, we leave in 2 days time, I hope it is sorted by then

YOURS CLOTHING...do they read their customer reviews? The app reviews? Anything? Why are there No review options for items on the app ? Also many items purchsed are too big or too long. The app seems too busy to enjoy using. Also seems out of touch. I went to another clothing site and purchased the sane item faster, easier and a little cheaper. Come on YOURS, do better.Ps: The colours of the clothing seem routinely the same. Brown black etc ... :( Just found out YOURS BOUGHT EVANS CLOTHING? ...WHY are YOURS using Evans label instead of YOURS ? People may think they are purchasing evans clothes are they ??????

Braehead Store in Glasgow
I shop at Braehead Store in Glasgow and i cannot fault the service. The staff are lovely and so are the lovely clothes. I order online and it comes to store in two working days. I love these clothes and even if you are a size 12 you can still buy the clothes. So lovely and in fashion. Love love this store. Great company lovely clothes.
