Really poor experience with this company. I placed an order for 3 items but only 2 showed up in the box. When I complained, they told me the package passed inspection fine and the weight checked out. They wanted to know if the box looked damaged, and it didn't. Something clearly went wrong on their side but they wouldn't take my word for it. I got charged for an item I never received and I'm honestly so let down. Probably won't order from them again, and if I do, I'm definitely having it shipped to a store location instead.

I'm really grateful I took the time to measure before I ordered. I normally wear a 18 but Yours sizing chart told me to go up to a 22. I was pretty upset about it, even cried a little, but I placed the order anyway. The dress fits wonderfully. What threw me off is when I compare it to my other regular 18 clothes, this one is actually tighter. I'm keeping the dress though because I love it and would shop with them again. Just make sure you use their measurement tool before buying because they really do size differently than everybody else.

The neck tag shows 14 but the size inside says 38-40. So now I have to pay to send this faulty item back, and then pay shipping again to get a replacement. It's absolutely infuriating. I shouldn't be out money because of Yours mistake. This whole situation is ridiculous.

Big shoutout to the staff member at the store location who went above and beyond helping me today. She spent what felt like forever with me getting an outfit ready for my baby shower, and gave me fantastic advice on shoes and accessories too. She was absolutely wonderful and made my shopping trip so much better. Really appreciate it.

I'd stay away from this brand if I were you. I've been a customer for over a decade but my recent order came with missing items. Getting customer service to help took almost 3 weeks even though I followed up multiple times, and when they finally responded they basically said I was wrong, that everything shipped, and no refund. But here's the thing I don't want my money back I just want the items I actually paid for. The box was fine and nothing was damaged, yet they're acting like it's impossible anyone made a mistake on their end. This is hands down the worst experience I've had with any clothing company. I'm really upset about it, especially since it was just over a couple of t-shirts. I definitely plan to share my experience with everyone I know.

Usually I'm really satisfied with Yours but this time not so much. I used a £25 VIP voucher on an order with 4 different items and ended up returning 3 of them. The one thing I kept wasn't discounted at all, and now my vouchers are completely gone. If I'd known returns worked this way, I wouldn't have put those vouchers toward stuff I was unsure about. I figured the discount would either stay on the item I kept or go back into my account, but when I called customer service they said that's just not how it works.

I bought a dress that started bleeding black dye all over my skin and clothes the first time I wore it. This ruined a brand new £40 bra along with other things. When I contacted customer service, they offered a refund for just the dress and wouldn't give me anything for the damaged items. They said they'd have a specialist look into it over two weeks ago but I haven't heard anything back even after I followed up twice. Really disappointed with how they handled this and their lack of communication.

As a company trying to keep loyal customers in tough times when people don't have much to spend, losing sales because of logistics problems instead of bad products or pricing is really not a good look. Hope Yours steps up their game here, because I used to shop with you regularly in physical stores.
