Ordering quick, delivery slow
Finding the right supplements, then ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was a little slow, taking 10 days from order to receipt. Have taken a subscription, so will hopefully see positive results in a couple of months.

Replacement order of missing package
My subscription supplements did not turn up for 2 weeks and tracking went nowhere so I messaged YuMove and Viwe quickly arranged a repeat delivery and said that if the original order turned up, not to worry. 3 weeks later the order did appear in the mailbox so although I lost 2 weeks of supplementation, I am now sorted for 2 months. Very happy with the quick and efficient service by Viwe.

I needed to pause my deliveries for…
I needed to pause my deliveries for longer than was available on the pause calendar so contacted the customer service. I have received a message from Asanda to let me know my request had been dealt with for which I am very grateful.I would recommend the use of the customer support team as they are very quick to reply to questions.Lesley Foster.
