Cheap looks, but tough to return
Zaful has low prices and trendy picks-but returning them is a pain. Delivery can take forever, support gives canned replies, and items rarely match photos. Good looks, bad service

Product was dingy
Product was dingy, faded in-color, and seemed third-hand. It took them 6 weeks to send it. Customer service was extremely unresponsive. Absolutely not as advertised.DO NOT TRUST THIS BRAND.

This is a scam
This is a scam. Do not order.I ordered 2 sets of swimwear and when I received them they did not fit. I tried to return however they wouldn’t give me an address. They asked for information, photos and in the end told me that because the items were on sale, last ones, they couldn’t be refunded and returned

Zaful is the worst company I have ever interacted with. I just made $200 purchase and it never arrived! Then I tried to get help and only had bots as answers. There are no people working in customer service! DO NOT TRUST

STAY AWAY from this website. It’s a scam. A pop-up appeared offering huge discounts, so I clicked on it and selected some clothes. When I made the payment for 100 euro, I never received a receipt for my purchase in my email. Then, two days later, I noticed that 1200 euro had been deducted from my account. I contacted my bank, and they told me I had purchased cryptocurrency. I told them, “No, I bought clothes!” Honestly, I have no idea what happened. Luckily, my bank compensated me for the loss, but overall, let me just say—avoid this website at all costs! STAY AWAY

I ordered bikinis from Zaful a few…
I ordered bikinis from Zaful a few times. I really like them and the material is good. Bit hard to guess between sizes, but Zaful gave me a full refund for the items when I ordered the wrong size, without the need of shipping back. The refund came through immediately. I don't understand the bad reviews, my experience with Zaful has been excellent.

Scam scam scam
I copped some stuff off Zaful, and they straight up played me. My order? Never showed. Then they went and charged me over 10 times what I was supposed to pay. Like, how that even happen? I hit up customer service, but it’s like trying to holla at a ghost. All they do is send some weak auto-reply, like they don’t care. Yo, this site is a whole scam, scam, scam. Don’t even mess with it, fam. Stay woke!

They got me
They got me. First two orders were small. Shipping was long and the items were cheap but I ordered shin taking time to actually go through the website and I am disappointed.Sis did not receive any of the items. SHEIN is more dependable.

This is the worst company I’ve ever…
This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, avoid at all cost. It’s a scam, the quality is so poor and doesn’t look anything like the photos. They have a policy of 14 days and are avoiding allowing me to return this. It’s shocking how they are avoiding policy’s put on their own website. I wouldn’t even give them a star if I could.
