Terrible Customer Service

Zagg used to be a great company WHEN you could actually rely on them to get a product to you. Now, for the past two orders, they have never arrived. I paid shipping only to never get the product! Contacting their non existent customer service (AI) is ridiculous. You get an email saying they are working on things, then another email saying “we haven’t heard from you so we’ve closed your case.” I will no longer be using their product. There are many other options with much better customer service.

Terrible watch screen protector

Bought a pixel watch 4 screen protector what a rip off. £20 for a small piece of plastic film that barely sticks and is terrible to apply. Instructions are terrible. Do not waste your money

The worst screen protectors ever

The worst screen protectors ever! Verizon should be ashamed that they sell this trash! Bought a new iPhone and was talked into this screen protector for safety. Cracked the first one the second day I had it. Dropped it off my couch onto carpet and it cracked. Got the replacement, and it cracked the same day, after just placing in my pocket! Scam for the money they charge!

This company is a scam based on their…

This company is a scam based on their promises and delivery of actual results. I waited about two weeks to get an answer on when mr 'screen protector' replacement was going to be sent out. Then I finally got an answer that it was being shipped, that's where the real complaint started. It was supposedly delivered last friday, it wasn't. Can't find a number to call or a person th chat with online. Evertthing is via email. Three days into waiting I get a canned message saying 'they're on it' i sent another one, three days later same message. No response no answer and no replacement. Frustrations continue to mount.

The screen protector cracked the first…

The screen protector cracked the first day. I requested a replacement. The replacement was "free" BUT they charge $9.95 for shipping a small, thin piece of plastic. I think that's where they make their money--overcharging for shipping. Then they use the cheapest delivery services and many are not delivered at all. You have to call Zagg to complain. I was on hold for 30 minutes. The customer service guy was great and I got my replacement screen several weeks after I first requested it. ZAGG IS A RIP-OFF!!!!

Customer service is trash.

My order appears to be lost. Their online chat bot is useless. And I’ve been sitting on hold for 15 minutes to talk to a human. As if I have nothing better to do with my day. Will never buy anything from this company ever again.

Terrible customer service and defective product

I tried to order a case and a screen protector for my Iphone 15. The case I selected indicated it was for an Iphone 15 but after I purchased the product, it showed up as an Iphone 15 pro. When I tried to contact them, it took a week for their reply - too late to modify the order. Then when I applied the screen protector two dots showed up and after another week delay in responding they are denying the dots are due to the screen protector.

I ordered a replacement screen…and three weeks later I'm still waiting.

I ordered a replacement screen protector on February 16. Today is March 6 and I'm still waiting. This is exceedingly frustrating. @AT&T it was much better when I could just walk into your store and get it. I'll have to consider switching to a different brand.

Requested a warranty replacement… got wrong size

Requested a warranty replacement because the edge of the screen shattered prematurely. it took forever to arrive and then when it did, it was the wrong size. I already paid $9.99 in shipping for it (the MINIMUM, by the way), and now I have to pay it again to get the correct size. literally just a scam take your money elsewhere.
