Lost package replaced
I had ordered chocolates for my son in Paris as a Xmas present. The chocolate never arrived although they confirmed delivery. I sent a message to complain. ZChocolat agreed to research and after two days offered to send a replacement. He received the chocolates and couldn't praise them enough for their quality and the packaging.Thank you very much for their wonderful cooperation. I would not hesitate to order from zChocolat again and to recommend them to anyone with an exquisite taste.

Where do I start? First of my customers loved the chocolates! But what stood out to me is the incredible customer service. I live in the US, I’ve never delivered anything to overseas. The FedEx couldn’t manage to deliver the first packages, and then my order went bad. Zchocoate credited my entire order back to me so I could try sending again. They emailed me back and forth trying to ensure FedEx got to the location. Never in my life has a company made such an effort to ensure good customer service. I could not recommend this company enough-even more than my local ones in Chicago.

Introducing zChocolat to my Saudi friend.
I ordered the zChocolat so my friend in Saudi Arabia could discover the level of excellence that can be attained by a World Champion.We were not disappointed. Not only did the parcel get delivered ahead of time but the packaging, the level of detail in the presentation and of course the taste were impeccable.

My first order
That was my first order and I was impressed by the follow up and updates on status. Unfortunately, it took a full weekend to arrive so I received it after four days. However, the packaging and attention to wrapping were great. Nothing melted although I’m in Florida. The chocolate itself is delicious and it is obvious that this is a luxury brand.
