Good grill but the customer support is ...
The design and build quality of the ZPG-7002C is excellent and the accompanying documentation and manual is very clear and easy to follow. But I sent a couple of emails to Z Grills with questions about the firepot and ashes, and only got form letter responses by email, not addressing my specific questions. That is disappointing. Wish there was a way to communicate with an actual person there.

Ordered a new Z Grill, got it timely and had a great customer sevice experience.
We ordered a new Z Grill and when we received it, I was amazed how well it was packaged in the boxes. Took it out of the boxes, laid out all the pieces and started looking at the construction instructions, which were fairly easy to understand. Being 81 with minimal mechanical skills, the instructions and packaging of the nuts and bolts was a great touch. Turns out I didn't have any parts left over when I got done. Then, I put it outside near our house and after one VERY windy evening, I went out saw that the grill has been blown away from the house and deposited, front down, on an RV pad about 10 feet from the house. Due to the very durable construction of the grill, the only casualty of the blow over was the lid handle which damaged and pulled the fastening bolts out of the handle so I could not use the original handle to put it back together. I called Z Grills and talked to a very courteous gentleman who understood my problem and rectified it quite quickly by letting me know he would be sending me a new handle that day, at no charge. I told he it wasn't the fault of the company my grill blew over. The new handle arrived within five days, over a weekend. It fit perfectly and not have a fully functional grill. Hopefully, I will get to using it soon to find out if it works as well as the other reviews have said it does.

So far so good
So far so good, and as advertised. No big temp fluctuating after initial warm up. Has worked well with the app so far. Great smoke flavor and will cold smoke. Will still have to remove grates and heat deflector to vacuum ash out of the fire pot, the easy ash clean out is only under the barrel.

Absolutely the best customer service
Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. Alice went above and beyond to make everything easy and fair. We love our Z grill and love this company too. I highly recommend their products and the company that stands behind them.

Nothing but high praise for the way my…
Nothing but high praise for the way my concerns were addressed. Although the grill did not work when purchased, the problem was quickly diagnosed and new part provided in a timely manner. Alice Qiu, you are the best in helping me resolving the issue and making me a fan of Z grillS. I highly recommend the Z grillS and voiced my opinions to others. Thanks for having Alice on board.

I love my ZGrill
I love my ZGrill! The only reason for the 4 star is that I have had a few issues with the temp probe and auger. That being said, the customer service has been phenomenal! I provided my serial number and order number and they never batted an eye and shipped what I needed!
