Ordered a new Z model and the delivery was quick. When it arrived, I was impressed with the packaging job they did in those boxes. Unpacked everything, spread out all the components, and started reviewing the assembly guide, which was pretty straightforward. At my age with limited experience with mechanical stuff, I really appreciated how well the instructions were laid out and how they organized all the hardware. Finished the whole thing and didn't have any leftover parts. After setting it up outside near the house, a really strong wind came through one evening and knocked the whole grill flat on its face onto an RV pad about ten feet away. I'm not satisfied with the capabilities and smoke quality my new pellet grill is delivering. My old offset smoker was producing better results than this. When I contacted customer support, it became clear after going back and forth through multiple messages that they weren't really paying attention. They kept suggesting things I'd already mentioned trying. Once I said I wanted to send it back, they basically ghosted the request and offered me a smoke tube instead, which I'd already told them I purchased and tested. This grill is incredible. The double insulation works really well and every piece of meat comes out cooked perfectly. I've been having a blast out there grilling and this thing has made me fall in love with smoking without all the headache.

One small thing was the warming rack wasn't included, though Z grills is handling that and sending one my way. Did the initial burn-in this morning and it fired up perfect.
