They won't process any refunds. The book dropped ten dollars in price right after I bought it.

Had a terrible time. They don't support loading ebooks to my Kindle device, which wasn't made clear on their site. I requested a refund and reached out twice but never got a reply. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Really bad service. You can't reach anyone in sales. I ordered eight books and none got delivered. I won't be placing any orders with them again.

The ink is faded and almost unreadable in spots. This pricey hardcover book is way too expensive for the quality and compact dimensions. The paper itself is flimsy, delicate, wrinkles instantly, and tears easily. The binding appears decent initially but won't last. The small size wasn't advertised at all. It's smaller than expected and has much worse print and paper quality than I anticipated. I'm done spending money at Routledge. Even though USPS tracking was available, they never sent a tracking number. The typeface is nice looking but after dropping nearly one hundred sixty dollars on a thin, tiny, washed-out book I feel cheated. Really disappointing.

I bought a book that was listed as in stock on April 29. Over two and a half months went by with many excuses but still no book showed up. Don't purchase anything from this company. They run a scam operation pretending to be legitimate. According to their trade rep, their warehouse suddenly stopped operations and halted all shipments while they've had to deal with hundreds of orders in the same situation and can't send out any print books right now.

Was interested in purchasing a book but the price they wanted was ridiculous at nearly ninety dollars when the same title costs forty-three dollars on Amazon. The markup is absolutely outrageous.

I bought an e-book and messaged them within 10 minutes but got nothing. A day later I sent another message, still nothing. After two more days of silence I asked for my money back, and they still haven't replied. Honestly, you'd have better luck finding the book online.

My books took several weeks to arrive and had some light damage from shipping. The real problem was the import fees that hit me when they were delivered, which weren't mentioned anywhere during checkout. They bury this information on a shipping policy page while advertising free worldwide shipping everywhere else on the site. Still waiting to hear back about my complaint. I'd only recommend this if you've got time to waste and an unlimited budget, or if you absolutely need something they're the only ones selling.

Placed an order from New Zealand. After waiting several weeks I got four copies of the wrong book I didn't ask for. Tried reaching out to the logistics company based in Australia but the email bounced back. Called and spoke to someone who said they'd look into it, but never heard back. Filled out their customer support form with my number requesting a refund and still nothing. Extremely poor service and they don't take responsibility.

Put money down on a pre-order and never received anything. Can't find any working contact info or email addresses. No actual people available. I'm starting to think this might not be a real company at all, maybe just a scam operation. This business doesn't function like a real organization. Throwing your money away would give you the same result. Nothing gets delivered. No one returns calls or emails. Two books ordered, nothing received.

Great experience ordering books from here. I asked for tracking information after my order went through and they provided it right away. All of my books arrived in perfect condition exactly as described.

Routledge actually delivered exactly what they promised, and I think the negative reviews aren't totally fair. I ordered a book late one Wednesday night, worried it would ship from the UK with customs costs to reach Europe. But because it was a print-on-demand book, they printed it in the Netherlands instead and sent it straight to me without crossing any borders. It arrived with regular mail on Tuesday. They did exactly what they said they would, and honestly they get way too much criticism.

My book order never showed up. Couldn't log into my account and they ignored every email I sent them asking what happened.

Routledge doesn't have proper customer support set up for quick responses. I bought a textbook and course materials but couldn't get into my account when I tried to log in. There's no phone line to call for help, everything has to go through email. I sent a message Friday and then sent another one, and they wanted me to upload a screenshot. More than a week later and my account is still locked. I need to prepare for my final exam and this is incredibly frustrating.

The customer service team is super helpful and devoted. They were happy to help me work through even the smallest concerns.
