Sesame Place Reviews
Based on recent Sesame Place reviews, shopper sentiment is mixed. Many customers highlight the product range, fair pricing and working promo codes, while a smaller group points to slower support or a returns process that could be smoother.
Most reviewers describe a straightforward checkout and reliable delivery. Read the full reviews below to weigh the feedback before you buy.
Terrible customer service experience. After purchasing three season passes, I visited the site and saw something about reservations that made me want to verify my booking. Called their number and got stuck on hold for over an hour with no one answering and no option to request a callback. Tried their chat support next, but after five minutes they just told me to call the same number I'd already been waiting on. Looks like the park oversells their spots without having staff available to handle customer questions. There definitely aren't enough people on their team to help with straightforward issues.
