Should be zero stars. I bought a couple bras with a promised 10 to 14 day delivery in my confirmation. A month went by and still nothing with barely any communication. I filed a chargeback with my bank out of frustration. Only then did they email saying they'd tried shipping but couldn't proceed because of my dispute. I said I'd cancel it if I got a refund and they agreed. After I canceled, they backtracked saying it was too late and my bank had to sort it out. My bank said since I canceled the dispute, I'd have to go through arbitration since they closed the case already. I contacted the company again and they said they couldn't help. Three months later and I'm down 100 bucks with nothing to show for it. Never going back. Total waste of money.
