- Visit ShowClix.com and browse or search for your desired event.
- Select your preferred date, time, and number of tickets.

- Enter your promo code in the designated field and click apply to see the discount reflected.

Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- Verify the code has not expired, as event promotions are time limited and tied to specific shows or date ranges.
- Confirm you are purchasing eligible tickets, since some codes apply only to certain event categories or price tiers.
- Check for typos in the code entry, including spacing or incorrect capitalization.
- Ensure the code meets any purchase minimums or other terms stated in the offer details.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again, as technical glitches sometimes prevent code recognition.
- Contact ShowClix customer support if the code should be valid but still does not apply.
ShowClix Savings Hacks
Many event venues and promoters offer email lists that notify subscribers of presales and exclusive discount codes before general public sales begin. Joining these lists can give you early access to lower prices.
ShowClix offers rotate in regularly from affiliate programs. Check the list at the top of this page for what promotions are live today, and revisit often to catch new deals on your favorite event categories.
Event ticketing platforms often run sitewide promotions during specific seasons or holidays. Monitor the platform during these periods to maximize discount opportunities on multiple events.
Review the full ticket price including service fees before and after any promo code to understand the actual savings, since some codes reduce ticket price while fees may still apply.
ShowClix Shipping Policy
ShowClix delivers tickets digitally or ships physical tickets depending on the event and ticket type selected at checkout. Review the fulfillment method and timeline for your specific event, as delivery varies by ticket format and production schedule.
ShowClix Returns & Refund Policy
Event ticket return and exchange policies are typically governed by the venue, promoter, or event organizer rather than the ticketing platform itself. Review the specific event's terms and conditions during checkout, and contact ShowClix support with questions about your particular order.

ShowClix Reviews
ShowClix is rated 1.1 out of 5 by 23 shoppers, and the overwhelming majority of reviews reflect serious frustration with the platform. Shoppers report persistent problems with customer support staff being unhelpful and dismissive, slow or nonresponsive responses across multiple contact channels, and website functionality issues. The most common complaint involves refund policies that shoppers describe as restrictive or misleadingly advertised, with customers reporting that refund requests are denied or subjected to invasive documentation requirements. Additionally, some shoppers have experienced fraudulent or nonexistent events listed on the platform, with little recourse or assistance from the company.
A small minority of reviewers gave higher ratings, but the consistent thread across negative reviews is a lack of transparency and poor customer service when issues arise. Shoppers advise others to avoid purchasing tickets through ShowClix when alternative platforms are available, and express regret about their purchases and the difficulty in obtaining refunds even when company policy allegedly permits them.
The support person I just got off the phone with was really mean, not helpful at all, and didn't seem to know what they were talking about. I spent 15 minutes on that call and still didn't get an answer to my basic question.
This was hands down the worst experience I've had! You should stay away from this company if you can help it. I got tickets for my daughter's cheer competition. The website clearly says refunds will be approved if you ask before the event. When our group canceled and we didn't go, I asked for my money back just a few days before and sent in the right paperwork like they said I should. First they told me they don't give refunds. After I showed them the documents again that promised a refund, they said it would take 7 to 14 business days. Well 14 days went by and now they're saying they need another 14 days to look into whether the refund even gets approved. They literally advertised I'd get it back. This is the worst ticket company out there.
I'm 55 years old and these jerks want me to prove why I asked for a refund. I already paid for the insurance too. This is a scalping scam. I'm telling everyone to skip buying tickets from these people. I'll never give them my money again.
I'd give it zero stars if I could because that's what it deserves. The website barely functions, their chat support is completely unresponsive, and calling their number is pointless. For a canceled event they made me request a swap by a certain date and time which is already ridiculous, but even though I reached out four separate ways I haven't heard anything back. The whole thing looks designed just to take your money and ignore you. It's basically theft. Just don't use this service under any circumstances.
I got tickets through this platform for something called Fake Fest Florida supposedly happening on Halloween at a place called Ferg's Sports Bar in St. Petersburg. When I showed up, the venue said they had nothing booked under that name. The organizer's site went offline after that, and even though the ticketing company knew the event wasn't real, they refused to refund me. My credit card company ended up backing me and giving me my money back for services not provided, but the platform never tried to help or take responsibility for selling tickets to something that didn't exist. Be careful if you decide to buy from them.
These people are overpriced and totally know it. I got tickets to a show a few weeks ago and bought the refund protection since things happen. Two days before the show I found out I had to go to work, so I put in for a refund. They wanted to know the reason and I said work related. A few days later they asked me for proof like travel confirmations and hotel bookings. I sent them my airline receipt and hotel confirmation. Days later they said that wasn't enough and wanted a letter from my boss on company paper explaining why I couldn't go. Are you serious? First of all I didn't want to miss the show to go work, and second, I paid for the insurance. I wrote back saying if this was a scam and they never planned to refund me they should just say so instead of messing with me, and then they just quit answering. So I'd say skip buying tickets from this company, they're not good people. The artist's people ought to look at who they're working with these days, bad operation.
This place is a complete rip off. I spent literally 5 hours trying to get someone from their support team and honestly I don't think it exists.
Wish I could give zero stars. I won't order from this platform again. I stood in line for a show at a small venue that opened way late because of a flooding issue (that part I get) but I have a serious heart condition and couldn't keep standing without knowing when they'd actually open the doors. The doors were locked with nobody there to ask, so I had to leave. When I explained what happened, they said absolutely not to a refund. When I pointed out how their policy discriminates against people with disabilities, they said sorry and told me to wait 1 to 2 weeks for them to look it over. Weeks passed with nothing, even though I tried again multiple times. This company is unethical and cruel with awful support and I'd say don't go there.
I got a movie from them and the link they sent just didn't work. Plus they basically have zero customer support.
This platform has basically zero customer service. They sent me a credential that won't work and their site says invalid barcode. I filed five support tickets and didn't even get an automatic confirmation. Their phone number is garbage because nobody actual picks up, and their chatbot disconnects you the second you ask to talk to a real person. Honestly the worst and most unprofessional support I've dealt with in my whole life, worse than credit card companies and debt collectors. These folks want your cash but then want nothing to do with you after. I have no idea how this business keeps going. They're like a masterclass in how bad customer service can be.
They told us to buy a ticket we didn't actually need and then wouldn't give the money back when we realized the truth. Really shady behavior.
Without question the worst ticketing company I've ever dealt with. I bought tickets that came with insurance, then completely out of nowhere we lost our newsroom leader and the company announced a rebrand meaning every single person's time off got cancelled and we all need to stay flexible in case we have to travel on short notice. They said that wasn't a good enough reason. I talked to my managers over and over and there's just no way to make it work unless I literally quit my job and pay big money to get out of my agreement. Every response was the same generic and mean stuff. Doesn't matter what the event is - I'm never using this service again and I'm telling other folks to stay away too.
I bought tickets for an event that got canceled not once but twice. ShowClix won't give me my money back because they have this non-refundable policy. The thing is, the event never actually happened so they didn't give me what I paid for, yet they still want to keep the cash based on their policy. Not cool at all. I even called customer service and got nowhere.
My experience has been just like what other people are saying. The customer service here is pretty bad and getting refunds is basically impossible. I messed up and accidentally bought a ticket for my 4 year old - it's not very clear how to get the free ticket option so just watch out. Really let down by how they handled it.
I bought tickets for a trip to Chicago. My husband was tied up with work so I got to go alone for a quick getaway. We rolled into town around 9:30 at night on Tuesday and got word there was an issue at home. I tried to move my ticket from Thursday to Wednesday. There were tons of Wednesday tickets still available so it should've been fine. They rejected my request and said no refunds. So now I'm out 54.99 and they wouldn't even let me change the date.
