- The code may have expired, so verify the offer is still active on RetailCoupons.com before applying it.
- Some codes apply only to specific product categories or items, so check the terms to ensure your cart qualifies.
- Typos in the code entry will prevent it from working, so copy and paste directly from RetailCoupons.com if possible.

- If the code still does not work, contact SIG SAUER customer service with your code and order details for assistance.
SIG SAUER Savings Hacks
Apply a sitewide percentage off code at checkout, then verify whether the free shipping offer stacks on top of your discount to maximize savings on your total order.
SIG SAUER regularly updates its promotions, so revisit RetailCoupons.com before each purchase to find the best current discount available on your planned items.
Some codes apply only to in-stock inventory, so clarify whether your desired product qualifies under the offer terms before finalizing your purchase.
Since firearm and ammunition purchases are typically larger transactions, applying a percentage discount code yields more substantial savings than on smaller accessory orders.
SIG SAUER Shipping Policy
SIG SAUER offers free shipping on eligible orders, which is a common benefit for firearms retailers. Shipping times and carrier details vary, so review the shipping information during checkout. Some restrictions may apply to certain products or regions due to legal requirements, so confirm the details before completing your purchase.
SIG SAUER Returns & Refund Policy
Firearms and ammunition have strict return policies due to legal and safety regulations, so consult SIG SAUER's return policy directly for specifics on eligibility, timelines, and restocking fees. Customers should inspect their orders upon arrival and contact customer service promptly if issues arise.

SIG SAUER Reviews
SIG SAUER receives polarized feedback, with roughly equal numbers of shoppers giving the lowest and highest ratings. Positive reviewers praise the company's customer service responsiveness, noting that support staff are friendly and willing to send replacement parts when issues arise. However, the majority of recent reviews describe serious quality control problems across multiple product categories, including firearms that jam frequently or malfunction out of the box, optics with stuck components, incomplete shipments (missing straps and backplates), and cumbersome rebate claim processes. Several reviewers report frustration with extended back-and-forth communications and lengthy wait times for replacements or repairs.
Common complaints center on product defects that persist even after manufacturer repairs, poor website usability (excessive pop-ups), and customer service processes that feel unnecessarily complicated. While some shoppers indicate willingness to work with the company through its support channels, others suggest purchasing from competitors as a more efficient alternative. The pattern suggests inconsistent product quality and a support system that, while occasionally responsive, struggles to resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
Got a P365 Fuse with the Romeo RS optic in January. When I tried to unscrew the battery tray, it wouldn't budge even with the included tool. Called Sig support on a January day and they were friendly and apologized for the issue. They sent out a replacement optic which arrived after a couple weeks. By the way the gun didn't come with a backplate for mounting the optic, so I had to buy that separately which wasn't cool. When the replacement showed up it was missing mounting screws. Had to call back again and they said they'd ship them right away. Called back a couple weeks later for an update and got told they couldn't locate my order first, then that the screws were out of stock. Still waiting to hear back with no timeline. The whole experience has been pretty frustrating.
Ordered a 5.11 range bag and it arrived without the shoulder strap. Good luck getting them to help fix this. By the time you go back and forth getting another one shipped out and hoping they have it in stock, you're looking at months. Just buy your range bag somewhere else.
Visited their website and got absolutely bombarded with pop-ups. Turned me off so much I left and looked for reviews about their products online. Found a ton of serious complaints that seemed pretty legitimate. Think I'm going to stick with Smith & Wesson instead. Everything I'm saying here is straight up true.
Bought an M17 pellet pistol and had nothing but problems with it. Started jamming after just a couple shots, so I sent it in for repairs. When I got it back it jammed on the seventh pellet. I could clear it a few times but it kept jamming constantly. After a second repair attempt it still failed after 21 rounds. I've reached out to them but haven't gotten any real response. Don't waste your money on this thing no matter what the fake videos online say. It's basically just a fancy paperweight at this point.
Tried to claim a rebate for 200 rounds of 45 ammo but the process was a nightmare. To enter your birth date you have to scroll through a calendar forever instead of just typing it in. Then they want photos of everything but nothing is ever clear or good enough for their system. My receipt didn't have all the info they wanted so I added it, but I kept getting rejected for unclear photos or missing details. Looks like their AI scanning system is basically designed to reject everyone. After ten tries I still haven't qualified. Sent emails to customer service with no replies. I love my two Sig 1911s but their rebate program is broken. I bought a Beretta last year, used the same camera, had zero problems with photo quality and got my hundred dollar rebate without any hassle. Sig doesn't seem interested in fixing this mess.
I own three P365s, two in 9mm and one in 380, and I've had nothing but trouble with them straight out of the box. Sites weren't clear and I had guide rod problems. The 380 was especially bad, fired through 500 rounds and kept having issues. When I reached out to customer service they told me I just needed to break it in. Eventually they sent a replacement guide rod but by then the spring had damaged my grip module and the slide wouldn't come off. Even now the gun doesn't work properly. The 380 mag causes feeding failures every couple shots but works fine with the 9mm mags. I told them this seems like a design flaw and they wanted me to send the whole gun back again. That's not happening. I shouldn't have to burn through 500 rounds just to be told there's nothing they can do. For what they're charging these days, their support is nowhere near the level of Smith & Wesson, Ruger, Kimber or even Glock. I've got thousands invested in their products but I'm done. No more purchases from them.
My Romeo Elite red dot sight wasn't working right so I called up Sig Sauer and got Bradshaw Smith on the line. We went through the problem together and he offered to swap it for another Romeo Elite but he actually talked me into upgrading to the Romeo-X instead. What a difference that made. It's a much tougher build with better battery access and an easier to use power switch. I'm thrilled with the upgrade and how Bradshaw handled everything. He was patient with me when my card kept getting flagged for fraud and he stuck with me the whole way through. That kind of dedication to customer satisfaction is hard to find these days. Really grateful for his help.
Bought a P322 and two 238s, one for my wife and one for myself. Every single one has had problems. Called customer service, provided serial numbers, and got nothing back. It's pretty unbelievable that I could buy multiple guns from the same manufacturer and have them all fail. At the range they all have extraction failures, feed failures and jams. Put 300 to 500 rounds through each thinking it was just a break in period but that didn't help. Can't make it through one magazine without multiple malfunctions. There are plenty of other manufacturers out there so Sig won't be getting my money anymore. I'll have to take these to a gunsmith to get them fixed and then sell them off.
I've worked with Heath on multiple issues with my Sig Sauer firearms and he's been outstanding. He helped me get parts replaced and really took the time to explain things I didn't fully grasp. The whole company has shown they truly value their customers by going the extra mile. It's refreshing to see a manufacturer that actually cares about their reputation and customer loyalty. If you're out there Heath, you're a legend. Thanks for everything.
Sent an order to their firearms department with over 500 dollars but the contact is email only and they're not replying to anything. Still waiting for any kind of response or update.
Been working with their customer service on swapping my Romeo Zero elite for a RomeoX red dot. I sent the original unit back near the end of December and here we are two weeks later with nothing but excuses about why I don't have my replacement yet. When I asked for a refund I finally got a response saying it'll take another 10 to 14 days but with zero apology or explanation. Their service is pathetic and I'm taking my business to Holosun instead. It's crazy that they don't seem to care about these bad reviews.
The front night sight went dead on one of my P365s. I reached out to Heath at Sig and he got me set up with a free return and repair right away. They fixed it and shipped it back via FedEx two day delivery. Their repair work was top notch and the customer service was fantastic.
Sig Sauer really is the top handgun company out there. Their shipping is super fast and their customer service team is excellent. Can't ask for better quality.
Ordering ammo through their store has been fantastic with speedy delivery every time they have stock available. I'd absolutely recommend them. Also grabbed a 15 round mag for my p365 and I'm really pleased with the quality. Everything's been going great so far.
