Absolutely terrible experience, these people are fraudsters. I got a freezer delivered early January that was way too small compared to what their listing showed. Immediately called for a return within minutes of getting it since it wasn't what was described at all. Since then I've called them 4 separate times and submitted their return form online 4 times too, but absolutely nothing gets done. The automated responses say someone will get back to me, but nobody ever does. Same story on phone calls - they apologize and promise contact, yet it never comes. Plus they don't even have a formal complaints process, which seems illegal here. What am I supposed to do now? They're ignoring me and won't collect this item back.
