Very disappointing. All they do is recite policies instead of actually fixing things and helping. Stay away from this company.

What a rip off. They're clearly taking advantage of current geopolitical conditions to jack up profits.

My connection got delayed by four hours and while we did get lounge access, the staff seemed like they didn't really care about the situation.

Happened on my past two separate journeys. Why pay top dollar for such disappointing service?

Second time this has occurred on separate flights and it's unacceptable. When you're paying premium prices, you expect better than running out of provisions.

Flew business a couple times and the flight attendants were dismissive and made me feel small. The meals were fine, but we bought a seat for our young kid and they refused to give the complimentary headphones and activity kits, even though we watched them hand them out to other children. During meals I was feeding my toddler and they kept rushing me. Getting snacks felt like I was asking for a favor. Never going back. Qatar and Emirates treated us way better, and so did ANA.

Premium economy isn't worth paying extra for when it's essentially standard economy. Glad I splurged on the exit row since those fancy recline seats don't actually work well. Being 6'4", I would've been better off just getting economy with extra legroom in the first place. The flight attendants weren't particularly welcoming compared to other carriers I've flown. Also, this airline has a low ratio of lavatories to passengers. The food was tasty and the drinks were nice enough, but I won't book premium economy with them ever again. Everything put together, they're not an impressive airline at all.

Premium economy wasn't worth the money. The extra features feel more like basic economy plus. Lucky I grabbed an exit row seat because the recliners were disappointing. At 6'4", I needed that extra space. The flight staff seemed standoffish compared to what I experienced on other airlines. Another thing, the plane layout had fewer restrooms relative to passenger count than competitors. The meals were solid and drinks were fine, but overall I won't do premium economy with them again. Taking everything into account, they're just not that great of an option.

The economy cabin legroom has become really inadequate lately. When the person in front reclines, they're practically on top of you, so you end up having to recline back too. It's gotten noticeably worse since before the pandemic. Looking at other carriers like Emirates or Qatar for my next trip.

Never disappointed, always consistent quality. It's my only choice when flying.

Hands down the finest airline I've ever traveled with. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. When I got sick mid-flight, the personnel took care of me wonderfully. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

The crew never stops looking after you, and everything stays spotless throughout the flight. The bathrooms were particularly impressive in terms of upkeep.

Every trip to Australia I've made has been on this airline, and I've never had problems from booking through landing. The airport and cabin personnel are genuinely nice. Got bumped up to business class on my London to Perth route and the entire team treated me like royalty. Just exceptional service overall. I'm hooked. Thanks so much, looking forward to flying with you again soon.

Had an incredible experience on my long haul business class flight. The team upstairs went above and beyond what you'd expect. These folks clearly loved their job and it showed in every interaction. Genuine warmth paired with real professionalism made the whole journey special. Already reached out to the airline to let them know how fantastic everyone was.
